学习中，写作是“听、说、读”的综合反映，考生是否能够运用已掌握的英语知识和技能进行思想交流在写作中可得到充分的体现，写作最能反映考生综合运用英语的能力。在高考英语试题中作文占得分值比较高，达25分，这就说明考生要想在英语上取得好成绩，必须过写作这一关。而许多学生在此方面丢分严重，以致影响最后总分。作为英语老师，教给学生适当的方法，有意识地培养学生的英语思维方式，减少表达错误，写出地道的英语作文责无旁贷。我认为应该通过以下策略去帮助学生提高英语写作水平。

一仔细研究高考作文评分标准。考生要想在写作中得高分，首先得明白什么样的文章才能得高分，所以，作为老师要结合范文讲出哪些是内容要点，哪些是较高级词汇和较复杂结构，哪些是有效的连接成分等等，让学生对档次不同的文章加以分析，相互观摩，相互分析。

二是做好基础工作。众所周知，要提高写作水平，首先要过好词汇、句型基本关。没有掌握一定的词汇，写作寸步难行，“巧妇难为无米之炊”的说法就是这个道理。积累词汇，促进写作。犹如土木砖石是建筑的材料一样，词汇是说话写作的必需材料。如果我们的学生拿起一篇英语文章，有80%的词不认识，那么怎能理解文章所表达的信息呢？如果要写一个句子，10个词有8个词拼写不出或拼写错误，又怎么能表达自己的思想呢？可见，衡量一个学生英
