adapter design. Using Intellon’s
advanced INT5200 powerpacket
transceiver chip, the Reference
Design reduces costs, simplifies
manufacturing as well as FCC /
UL approvals, and reduces time
to market.
The Reference Design provides all the hardware, software and manufacturing collateral required to begin immediate production of the Ethernet to Powerline wall adapter. It includes a customizable, ready-to-ship installation CD with schematics, BOM, Gerber and PCB layout files. The CD also includes Security Configuration Utilities supporting both Windows and MAC operating systems.
The RD5200-ETH-U is designed for use with Intellon’s Production Test Station to provide complete end-of-line GO/NO-GO testing and thru-chip EEPROM programming, all in less than 10 seconds.
The RD5200-ETH-U Reference Design is available for use in a wide range of settings, including residential (in-home), commercial (offices, apartments, hotels, warehouses), transportation and defense applications.
