摘要

喷油泵是柴油供给系中最重要的部件,它的性能和质量对柴油机影响极大,被称为柴油机的"心脏" 。在柴油机工作过程中,为了保证喷油能够够持续及时的供应适量的燃油,以满足柴油机正常工作的要求, 通过多方面考虑,在此设计柱塞式高压喷油泵。

本文根据某柴油机的性能参数来进行喷油泵的结构设计,主要设计内容有: 根据实际情况对喷油泵形式进行选择,可以选出本次设计喷油柱塞直径及压缩行程;根据供油需求,选择合适的出油阀,拟定出油阀弹簧安装高度及中径,配以合适的油阀开启弹簧;而又要保证柱塞克服惯性力,摩擦力及负压的影响,给柱塞配以合适回正弹簧,拟定拟定回正弹簧的安装高度及中径,并进行稳定性及强度校核;在回正弹簧确定之后,就可大致得出柱塞的长度,通过画装配图,再详细设计出柱塞的实际长度;在喷油泵设计中,还应根据上面的计算选择符合标准的的类型以及相应尺寸。

最后根据各个零件的尺寸进行喷油泵的总体设计,并对各零件的配合、公差以及安装将间隙进行考虑。
