两个月的实习已经结束了不管过程如何在实习的这两个月中真的学到了好多东西,学到了好多课堂上学不到的东西,这次实习时间虽短暂,但收获颇多.

在实习之前,同学们对实习充满了这样那样的猜想,但大家肯定都没有猜到实际的情况,社会上的复杂性真的给我们这些在校的大学生好好的上了一课.在实习刚开始的时候,同学们多少的有点不适应,心理有些波动,我觉得这都是非常正常的现象,因为大多数同学都没有这种实践的经历,突然间干些重活累活是有些吃不消,好在同学们都在积极的调整大家都很快的适应了岗位.

在实习过程中,同学们表现出了吃苦耐劳的精神,表现出了集体主义精神,在工作过程中大家都表现出良好的职业道德,在与员工的交往中大家都表现得非常热情,结交了好多的朋友.这次实习中最让我感到高兴的事就是增进了同学们之间的距离,加强了班级的凝聚力,大家在一起不再像是以前那种死气沉沉的感觉了而是有说有笑非常的热闹,有什么事情大家一起解决,谁需要帮助大家都积极的向前,实习过程中正是有了同学们的陪伴才把枯燥的工作变得有了色彩.其实实习是每个大学生必须拥有一段经历,是从青葱校园走向繁复社会的一个过渡,它会教给我很多在校园里面无法从书本中学习的知识,也是我成长过程的一个重要阶段.

通过这次实习,让我比较全面地了解了酒店的组织架构和经营业务,接触了形形色色的客人,同时还结识了很好的同事和朋友,他们让我更深刻地了解了社会,他们拓宽了我的视野,也教会了我如何去适应社会融入社会.

这次实习使我们的专业知识得到巩固和开拓,使我们更容易将所学与实践联系起来;实习使我们认识到自身知识的缺漏,必须重拾书本,虚心请教老师,弥补自身的不足;实习使我们更加明确自己的努力的方向,必须充分利用好现有的资源来加深自己的专业涵养.这次实习还让我懂得如何将理论和实际结合起来.我们要经常跟踪专业新技术,新动态,时刻走在时代的前列;还要注重积累经验,增长自己的见识.还要注重养成终身的学习习惯,扩大自己的知识面,才能促进自己不断进步.

这次实习也让我认识到处理好人际关系的重要性,让我锻炼了自己与人交往的能力,让我学会了忍耐.很多工作都是很普通的事,不需要特别的才能,唯独不能没有交际能力.在实习过程中,交到了好多的朋友,员工大都都是那样的热情友好,他们并没有因为我们是实习生而对我们冷漠生硬,在劳累之余,同事们的一个甜美的微笑,一句再普通不过的"辛苦了"都会让人感动.通过这次实习让我感受到做人不要太高傲不要太气盛,要虚心,要平心静气的接受别人的长处和优点以及建议,这样你的头脑才时刻是清醒的吧,这样你才能在不断的竞争中取得自己的成功和收获.实习过程中,我们不会因为还是本科在读生而受到特别的礼遇,和其他心员工一样,从酒店基本知识和本职工作开始了解,偶尔做错事,也不会有人偏袒.

这次实习还让我体会到了英语的重要性,在接待的顾客中,有很大一部分是外国人,于他们沟通交流需要的就是英语.以前身边生活的都是中国人,没觉得英语有什么用处,通过这次实习可是有很深的体会了,让我认识到了自己的不足,给了我努力学习的动力.

于工作实际;要认真及时地总结实习经验和心得,尤其是对实习中遇到的问题,要多分析,多请教,找出问题的症结所在,并努力克服。在实习过程中大家表现的都非常的有责任心,既然选择留下了,大家在岗位上表现的都非常的尽职尽责,认真的干好本职工作,不偷懒,没有为班级和学校摸黑。

通过这次实习加深了我们对社会复杂现象的认识,增长了见识。实习给了我们这些身处象牙塔的人一次缓冲的机会,明白了社会是与校园完全不同的。我们要学习的还有很多,我们要思考的还有很多,我们要想通的也有很多。

这次实习使我对就业形势有了进一步的认识。总体的就业形势不容乐观,我们必须不於余力的去提升自己,不断的充实自己,才有能力迎接社会给我们的一次次的挑战。

这次实习过程,给自己敲响了警钟,为今后的学习指明了方向。更震撼了自己的心灵,使自己的心态回到现实中,用现实的眼光去看待自己与社会。

这次实习真的带给了我很多,有经历总会有收获。

xxx中学是云南师范大学为了积极响应西部大开发战略和科教兴滇战略,为了满足广大人民群众对优质高中教育的需求创办的一所完全中学。学校自创办至今,秉承云南师范大学“刚毅坚卓”的校训,践行“学高身正、明德睿智”的校风,充分发挥自身的优质教育资源和办学特色,曾以五年连续获得昆明市中考第一名的辉煌成绩得到了省市教育主管部门和学生、家长、社会的认可。学校时刻以促进学生健康成长为己任,不断探索创新办学模式和管理模式,率先完成了教育体制改革,使云南师范大学的优质教育资源在师大附中和师大二附中两种办学模式的平行发展中得到了充分发挥。

xxx中学是经昆明市教育局批准,依托云师大深厚的教育资源,借助社会力量联合重建的一所可寄宿的普通完中。校长由师大委派知名校长王敬胜担任。学校坐落于昆明北市区,与云师大龙泉路校区相对,与师大金融财政学院、北京语言大学西南分院、云南财贸学院毗邻。周边高校林立,造就了浓厚的学习氛围。

校区占地150余亩,按省一级完中规划设计。一期工程完成4万余平方米的校舍,拥有宽敞、明亮、设备完善的教室、微机室、多媒体教室、语音室、化学、物理、生物等多个实验室。并设有音、体、美专用教室。配备完善的专用器材、场地。餐厅整洁、宽敞,合理营养配餐,卫生可口。配置有卫生间洗室、电话的学生公寓舒适、安全。学校依山而建,保留了大片林木,绿树成荫,果树成林,葱茏的自然风貌,为莘莘学子提供了宁静、和谐的育人环境。

二、调查情况及分析

目前,全国中小学正在积极开展教育改革,努力探索和研究科学的、适用的教好英语和学好英语的策略和方法,教授、指导学习策略和方法。一方面,教学过程注重激发学生的兴趣,引导学生积极主动地参与,有利于创造活泼的教学氛围,形成师生之间交流的多向渠道,既发挥了教师的指导作用,又发挥了学生的主体作用。另一方面教师必须积极研究科学的、适用的学好英语的学习策略和方法,教授、指导学习策略和方法,让学生学会学习。通过对课程改革与创新教育方面理论知识的学习和对我所实习的师大第二附中的实践调查,同时我对学校3位高中英语教师进行个案调查和对我实习的班级学生进行多种形式的调查后,对课程改革与高中英语教学新策略有了粗略的了解,并了解到新策略的实施产生了很好的效果。因此我认为高中英语教学中的教学新策略应该包括以下几个方面:<一>、主动参与教学的策略

由于目前仍以大班授课为基本形式的现状,我们根据教学要求、教学对象、教学内容的具体情况进行教学设计,形成了主动参与教学的基本策略。

1、营造参与环境,吸引学生参与。

(1)努力形成民主、宽松、和谐的教学氛围,形成相互尊重、信任、理解、合作的新型师生关系。教师要发扬教学民主,尊重学生人格,正视学生差异,对学生充满信任和理解,鼓励和支持学生积极参与,对学生的不同看法不主观否定,而是耐心地听取,积极地引导。例如附二中的杨老师在英语教学中就能经常征求学生的意见,了解学生的想法和需要,从而不断改进自己的教学方法以便适应学生。

(2)给学生活动和时间和空间,让学生积极主动参与到教学过程之中。如:

讨论、辩论、演讲、编报、free talk等活动都可以为学生提供较大的活动空间。

(3)尊重学生差异,实施分层次教学。英语教学要适应不同层次学生的水平和需要,给不同层次学生以不同的学习任务,使每一个学生都有成功的机会,都能得到较充分的发展。

2.激发学生思考,引导积极学习

(1)巧设激趣情境,激发学生兴趣。师大第二附属中学的老师们在这个环节非常重视激发学生的学习兴趣不仅设计出各种各样的课堂导入,如:情景导入、背景导入、设疑导入、直观导入等方式来激发学生的学习欲望;还通过设计各种语言情景,激发学生的学习主动性,同时还要根据教材的内容,教学的需要,充分运用挂图、实物、录音、录像、投影、多媒体等辅助教学手段,使英语教学更形象直观、生动活泼,从而使学生有效地学习。在与实习班级学生的交流过程中将近有90%以上的同学认为这样的情景教学对提高她们的英语学习兴趣有很大的帮助,并使他们真正的运用了语言。

(2)引发认知冲突,启发学生思维。认知冲突是有效激发学生参与教学的基本途径。在英语教学中,要让学生产生学习的需要,成为学习主体,关键在于教师要相机设疑,鼓励学生质疑问难,提问和探究,勇于实践,引导学生积极主动地参与语言实践活动中。激活思维,是个全方位的任务。首先,在教师指导下预习,教师先对学生提出具体要求,如:①使用词典查生词,要求学生拼读、拼写和用英语释义;②预读课文2—3遍:教师简要介绍新课文的概况和语言要点,使学生有目的的带着兴趣和任务去预习新课,并鼓励学生预习后提问,以培养学生的自学能力。其次,在授课中,教师要把教材中的课文作为提供的语境,利用各种教学手段,如实物、图片、录音、多媒体等视听手段,创设情景,尽量使课堂教学情景化、交际化。

(3)提供条件和机会,在交流中共鸣。引导学生多角度思考问题,学会倾听他人的意见,学会与教师、同学平等交流是教学中的一个重要环节。如对课文中的重点词、短语、句型及语言知识进行灵活运用,跳出课文用到一个新的语境中;根据课文的体裁和内容开展多种多样的活动。如造句、编短文、对话、演讲、诗歌朗诵等。就如刘老师在上高二unit4 the garden of poems中,她就为同学们

提供了表现自我的机会,让同学组织了诗歌朗诵的活动。在这一环节里,学生将所学的知识真正运用到语言实践中去,不断提高他们的英语水平与参与能力。

3.联系学生生活实际,加强语言实践。

在英语教学中,教师要切实贯彻实践性原则,把培养学生言语实践能力与语言知识相结合起来。为了贯彻好实践性原则,教师们都精心挑选和设计练习,正确处理记忆性练习与运用性练习两者的关系,为学生提供多层次的言语实践条件。同时把语言、知识有机地融合在实际言语操练之中,这就使活动贴近学生生活实际,使得学生有话可说,有感而发,保证了学生在每节课不少于三分之二的时间进行言语训练,让全班学生都有机会和条件,开展言语实践活动。

<二>、如何在高中英语教学中进行学法指导

xxxxxxx学生进入高中阶段,从心理上来说有朦胧的成人感,他们有独立与创造的愿望,对自己的能力信心日趋上升。但在外语学习方面,虽然有了三年初中的基础,掌握了一定的词汇与基础语法,但由于缺乏外语的实践能力与自学能力,很多学生还停留在跟在老师后面跑,他们学习方法仍然停留在较简单的重复阶段。这种现象普遍存在,师大第二附属中学更为典型。因此,该校的老师们也意识到了在高中英语教学中开展学法指导已必不可少。其中有效的对学生的学法指导包括:

1.培养学生良好的学习习惯。

(1)制定计划。要学习好,首先要制定一个切实可行的学习计划,用以指导自己的学习。因为有计划就不会打乱仗,就可以合理安排时间,恰当分配精力。有计划就有了学习目标,也就有了学习动力和努力方向。师大第二附属中学高二年级组的英语教师们根据这一特点指导学生们在学期开始制定了一个“跳一跳,才能够得着”的长远目标,还让学生学会根据不同课型确定每节课或每一个单元认知小目标,让学生不断受到目标的激励,积极主动地学习,提高学习效率。

(2)课前自学课是学生学好新课,取得高效率的学习成果的基础。如果做好了课前自学,不仅可以培养自学能力(主要是独立思考问题的能力),而且可以提高学习新课的兴趣,掌握学习的主动权。课前自学可以发现疑难引起思考,减少听课的盲目性,增强听课效果。在学会学习的前提下,课前自学应改变仍停留在单

词识记及课文阅读的程度上,我们要求学生自己查词典,自己记例句,自己用新词造句,自己找漂亮的句型、典型的表达法进行模仿,自己找句子进行诠解,自己找出课文中的难点,在充分利用课本的过程中,让学生学会英语,保证学生的课前自学程度,特别注意学生是否真正掌握了自学的方法,并进行有目的的指导。

(3).专心上课课堂是实施素质教育的渠道,在课堂上要求学生始终保持高度集中的注意力,积极思维,尽量做到心到、眼到、耳到、口到、手到,在课内有意识地识记该课生词、短语、句型、重点句子,力争在课内就把这节课最重要的学习内容记住,当堂消化。

(4)勤记笔记。做笔记是非常有必要的。因为笔记是一种永久性的系统性的记录,对于复习已学过的知识非常重要,对于克服头脑记忆储存知识的局限性非常重要,记笔记的过程就是对信息筛选、浓缩的过程,有利于锻炼思维、提高捕捉重要信息的能力,提高浓缩信息的加工能力。要做好听课笔记,学生的思想进程与教师的思想进程必须一致,必须抛开与听课无关的杂念,思想不能开小差,笔记内容要注意重点、难点、疑点、新观点,听课笔记可用自己的话,用关键词和线索性语句、提纲挈领地记录,这对加深理解、巩固、积累知识、培养学习能力大有好处。通过一个月的观察,我发现高二文科3班勤做笔记的学生他们所掌握的知识结构都更牢固,自学能力也更强。

(5)及时复习和反复复习相结合课后及时复习能加深和巩固对新学知识的理解和记忆,系统地掌握新知识达到灵活运用的目的。心理学研究表明,学过知识后的短时间内遗忘很快,而往后遗忘的速度减慢,因此复习要及时,要在学后当天进行,复习时可先尝试回忆,然后反复阅读教材,对照笔记,记忆掌握重点内容。反复练习语言不是教会的,而是在使用中学会的,交际能力只有在交际中得到最有效的训练和培养,教师应引导学生争取各种训练机会反复练习,以提高自己的英语水平,如:在课堂上、在课后、在英语角、多多练习英语、使用英语,培养真正的交际能力。

2、充分利用教材进行学法指导,学法指导包括两个方面,一是学法,二是指导即教法。其中教会学生学习方法主要途径是充分利用教材进行课堂教学。主要可概括为以下几点:

(1)归纳指导法。高中学生已具备相当的逻辑思维能力,这就使得他们在语言学习过程中对语言认识形成系统化成为可能。因此使用归纳法完全符合中学生的心理特点和认知规律。教师可让学生反复接触某一语言现象,使学生形成初步的感情认识,然后引导学生加以归纳,如:要求他们找出规律性的东西或共同的东西。例如,赖伦雄老师在教授在学过去分词作状语时,他首先让学生接触这些句子:

a,seen from the hill, the town looks beautiful.

b,born and bred in the city, he found it inconvenient to live in the countryside.

c,given another chance, i will do it better.

d,followed by a group of students, the teacher entered the classroom.然后让学生总结句中过去分词的用法,通过归纳,学生会总结出:句中过去分词均作状语,并且可作时间状语,原因状语,条件状语,伴随状语,方式状语等。这样比教师直接告诉学生过去分词做状语的用法要好得多。

(2)对比指导法。教学中教师除及时点拨,引导学生发现语言规律外,对一些相似仍又有不同的语言点,教师可引导学生进行对照比较,弄清它们的区别,加深对语言现象的印象。以学“a great deal of”的用法为例:杨老师叫学生比较“a great deal of”,“a large number of”和“a 1arge amount of”,的用法,让学生比较下列句子:

①we have still a 1arge amount of (a great deal of) water left.

②she has spent a great deal of (a 1arge amount of) money on her clothes.

③a large number of settlers from france reached canada in 1534.

通过比较这些句子,学生会明白“a great deal of”和“a large amount of”只可用在不可数名词前,而“a 1arge number of”只可用在可数名词前。

(3)讨论活动法。可用于解决学生对语言现象的疑问,对课文的理解,也可用来对语言现象的操练、深化。学生在讨论活动中互相启发、互相学习,不断提高语言活动的质量。例如,在学主语从句时,可让学生分组讨论下列句子中所含从句有什么共同点:

① what we need is more time. how they went to the usa remained a question.

② when the power station will be ready is uncertain.

③ why he took swiss nationality is a question that interests us.

④ whether the other scientists would accept his ideas was unknown.

⑤ who will go to the conference is not important.

然后,教师收集各组讨论结果,进行总结。

总的来说,云南师范大学xxx高中英语教师们在新课程标准的要求下,力求从教学观念、教学目标、教学目的、教学内容和实施策略、手段等等方面进行了一些改革。他们也正在大胆的尝试主动参与教学的策略和加强对学生的学法指导策略。在采用了以上的教学新策略后英语教学取得了很好的效果;充分发挥了学生学习的主体作用,丰富了英语课堂,活跃了课堂气氛,提高了学生学习英语的兴趣;同时也使学生掌握了有效地学习方法,如许多同学能主动运用归纳法,对比法等有效的学习方法来进行有关知识的总结以及相似又有不同的知识点的比较,使学习更加有效。有些同学深有感触地对老师说:学习方法对头了,成绩进步也快了。同学门对交际训练也更加重视,学习兴趣也更浓了。虽然新策略的应用还有待完善,但是我坚信在老师和同学们的共同努力下,云南师范大学第二附属中学的高中英语教学一定会更上一层楼。

在云师大第二附属中学实习将近一个月的时间里,我感到自己受益匪浅。不仅对英语教学有了一定的认识和看法,并且对学生的学习心理和高中生的性格特点也有所掌握,通过实习,我深刻的认识到教师在教学中扮演着不可替代的重要角色,既是一个领导者和引路人,又可以是学生课余的朋友和求助者。而且这次实习我感触最深的是一个老师要博得学生的尊重和喜欢,就必须先做到真诚的去关心和爱护学生,以一颗善良的心让学生从心底里佩服和敬爱老师。学生要是喜欢这个老师,必然才会有兴趣和心情去听其所教授的学科。换言之,老师要用“爱心”唤起学生的学习热情,还要学会利用情感特点,用自己的爱心来感化学生,使之逐步养成良好的行为习惯。特别是对于那些成绩差,缺点多的学生,无论在学习上还是生活上,都应该特别加以关心,用爱心去抚慰他们,切忌挖苦或讽刺

他们。实际上,差生的心灵脆弱,更加容易受到伤害,更加渴望得到老师和同学的理解和帮助,老师的爱心会像春风一样融化其心灵的坚冰,鼓起他们的勇气。在教学过程中,还应该注意教学语言要亲切感人,富有感情,富有感召力和激励作用。教学语言是师生双方传递信息和交流思想感情的载体。亲切感人的语言,最能保持学生积极顺畅的学习心情,最能激发学生的学习热情,特别是对“差生”,在课堂上表现出来的任何一点学习进步及对知识的理解,都应不失时机地予以表扬和鼓励。

我在教学实习的过程中,非常注重和学生之间的交流,我每接触一个班级,首先就是认识班委,然后,在下课后集合班委了解本班同学的学习英语情况和整个班级的学习风气和学生的活跃程度,以及对老师的态度。和班委交流后,我觉得老师和学生之间就有了一层亲切感,对课堂纪律的维持是很有帮助的,有了班干部的支持,上课也就顺畅了很多。在这次的毕业实习中学生对我非常认可,整个过程也得到了学校的好评,达到了教学实习的目的。
