Well,Now I will briefly introduce myself. My name is Daniel.I am 26 years old, and born in Shandong Province, north of China. I graduated from Yantai nanshan university in 2012. My major is Mold design and manufacture.My first job is CAD draftsman for mold parts when I graduated.Oneday, I found I love car more than mold.So,I begun learning knowledge about car.Now,I select to design Automotive Interior.That’s all.

Why did you select your major area of study?

I selected Mold design and manufacture as my uncle thought it had great prospect in future.But,I didn’t know it.Because he was factory’s boss,so I listen to him.Apart from these, my high school teachers recommended that you can select.From now on,my teachers also didn’t know which major is best for me.hehe.

3.Experience

Why do you want to leave your job?

This position is similar to my current one and it is suitable one for long-term

development.Sometimes,my current company doesn’t pay on time.Of course,I want to earn a high salary.I like western culture.So,I am here.

Would you describe your typical working day?

●According to the demands of customer,and designing the structure of parts.

●Making the plans of datum of the parts by chosing the reasonable tolerances and dimensions.

●To optimize structures of product with the Quality, Shape, Dimension and other departments for optimizing dimensions and tolerances after first vehicle loading test.At the same time,designing the 3D, 2D engineering drawings of interior and exterior products.

●To control the schedule of projects ,report the documents according to program milestones.

What were some of your achievements in your last job?

I finished the two projects which were IP of SGM358 and garnish of K256.I know some the interior structures and BP requirements of car.Now,the car will be listed.This my achievements.

Sometimes a work assignment requires frequent travel. How do you feel about the prospect of frequent travel?

I am very lucky that I can eat and sleep very well on trips. I’ve never been carsick, and even when sitting on a train I can sleep well. So, I never need to worry about frequent traveling.

Most employees and bosses have some disagreements. How did you react to these disagreements in your last job?

When I have disagreements with my boss, my first reaction is to double-check my opinions. My boss is an expert. If I believe I’m right, I provide my boss with a detailed report listing all facts and numbers to prove my opinion. Because he is busy, I need to make the report simple but powerful, to help him make the decision.

I used to think decision-making is very important so that sometimes I would be a little hesitated to make a decisive decision before I am certain that I have master all information.
