Company Profile

As the further development of Shanghai Sydney Catering Management Co., Ltd. and The Shanghai Catering Company, Shanghai Catering Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as either ―our Company‖or ―we‖) is established as the subsidiary company mainly focusing on catering service. Shanghai Sydney Catering Management Co., Ltd. was founded in Shanghai by Mr. Ma Haitao in 1998 and the company was mainly operated in the form of Sydney Restaurant. Meanwhile the Sydney Outside Catering was also set up. By inheriting and extending the 10 years of catering service in Sydney, Australia, our Company is the first one to be founded as a professional, all-around and top quality Catering service team in Shanghai. In 2006, Sydney Restaurant was moved to the 5 on the Bund and renamed as Bund No.5 Restaurant. Accompanied with the Number 5 Bistro opening, The Shanghai Catering Company and Number 5 Bistro Outside Catering were also founded. Our Company won over many loyal catering clients due to our promise and reputation for top quality food and services. By responding to the demand from the market, our Company officially registered and launched the website: https://www.sodocs.net/doc/c210661286.html, in the May of 2007 in the name of The Shanghai Catering Company. From then on, we began to promote catering as the main business to the growing market. In December of 2008, The Shanghai Catering grew to be independent from parent company as an individual business. The completed central kitchen covering 1,000 square meters in the food park located at Bo Yang Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai, China. Shanghai Catering Co., Ltd. was then registered and set up.

The Shanghai Catering Co., Ltd. recruits senior professionals to carry out sales, purchasing, kitchen and on-site execution as well as customer service. All of our in-service chefs, cooks and service personnel are equipped with many years of experience accumulated in five-star hotels or high-end western restaurants (attached please kind ly find the resume of our Company‘s management personnel). Thanks to the supply chain of central kitchen, we founded KISS Restaurant in Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park with 20,000 people in the Park. KISS is the abbreviation of Kitchen Innovation Service Studio and its focus is on the establishment and development of the catering concept: Innovative Kitchen Studio in Shanghai. With a total of 78 full-time employees and based on current human and material resources, we are able to provide catering service to 3,000 people per single event.

In upholding the service tenet that ―C ustomers are our partners an d customer‘s demands are our target‖, we have won quite a number of catering customers for over 10 years.
