我演讲的题目是《做个幸福的教师》。

幸福是当下人们讨论最多的一个问题之一，作为教师的我们，幸福是什么呢?幸福在哪里呢?

30年前，“家有五斗粮，不做孩子王”，30年后的今天，随着祖国的繁荣富强，随着教育事业的蒸蒸日上，教师社会价值和社会地位都大大提高，教师是一个幸福的职业。然而，根据人民网教育频道去年9月份的调查显示，认为自己生活和工作幸福的教师不到两成，近六成教师认为还过得去，近三成教师认为自己不是很幸福。

每天的讲解说教，让我们的喉咙提早衰老;每天高高的作业本，让我们的眼睛布满血丝;每天繁重的课务，让我们回家后没精神去搭理自己的孩子。

作为教师的幸福感在疲惫的身躯和不堪的重负中渐渐迷失了……

失落撩人回忆。

20XX年，我毕业后，便回家乡任教了，当时19岁。19岁，自己的生命还未完全成熟，即将开始培育另一群生命了。

还曾记得，我被分配到了乡里最偏僻的小山村任教，学校只有几间年久失修的破房子，全班共有13个孩子，其中就有4个孩子的父母离异，而剩下的9个孩子当中，也有3个跟着爷爷奶奶生活，爸爸妈妈外出打工，一年也回不了几次家。知道了这样的情况时，我也终于明白了孩子们脸上为什么终日不见笑容。这么小的年纪，他们要承受多少思念之苦，我不得而知，只是暗暗地告诫自己:我是一位老师，同时也是每一个孩子的妈妈。于是，我想方设法地带领他们享受童年的快乐。春暖花开之时，我带着他们到村后的大山里野炊，我们师生亲自动手烧饭，采集植物标本，围坐在一起，有调皮的孩子采了野花插在我的头上，说:“老师真像一个花仙子”，逗乐了所有的人，我也美美的享受在其中。冬天到了，下过大雪之后，我们师生一起到村里的农场里滑雪，村子上空到处荡漾着孩子们的欢声笑语……我庆幸自己成为了一

名教师，一名农村女教师，有幸给山村留守儿童的生活增添了一抹色彩。同时，我也收获着幸福，过教师节了，孩子们亲自做贺卡送给我，上面写满了他们对我的美好祝福;不知何时，不知是谁悄悄地把一包苹果放在了教室的门口……这样的事情讲也讲不完。

而如今，经过十年时间的磨练，我已走向成熟，我用成熟的生命去培育成长的生命，我的生命之中融入了另一群生命。

突然间，我感受到了幸福原来就在这里。幸福写在学生认真的作业本上，幸福喊在孩子们童稚的问候中，幸福盛开在家长感激的笑容里，幸福绽放在领导赞许的目光中。

最后与大家共享一篇寓言故事:

小猪问妈妈:妈妈，幸福在哪里啊?妈妈说:幸福就在你的尾巴上。

于是，小猪试着咬自己的尾巴，可是无论她怎么努力还是咬不到，小猪十分懊恼:妈妈，为什么我总抓不住幸福呢?妈妈笑着说:孩子，只要你往前走，幸福就会一直跟着你的……

今天我演讲的题目是——学会自我调节，做一名幸福快乐的教师。

一位心理学家曾说，教育是心灵对心灵的呼唤，是用心灵来浇灌心灵。教师不仅需要知识、技能去影响学生，还要通过自己的人格与道德的力量、通过自己的言传身教以及自身良好的情绪去感染学生，这种区别与其他职业的特殊性决定了教师必须具备比常人更好的心理素质。

然而，不少调查研究显示:现今教师队伍的心理状况不容乐观，教师是教育的直接实施者，其心理素质直接或间接地影响教育的全过程。叶澜老师在《教师角色与教师发展新探》一书中这样写道:“没有教师生命质量的提升，就很难有学生的精神解放;没有教师的主动发展，就很难有学生的主动发展;没有教师的教育创造，就很难有学生的创造精神。只有当教育者自觉完善自己时，才更有利于学生的完善和发展。”换言之，没有教师队伍心理素质的提高，就没有学生素质的提高。

那么，作为教师的我们，该如何进行自我调节，不断提高自己的心里素质水平，从而做一名幸福、快乐的教师呢?

首先我们要正确认识自我。

古人云:“人贵有自知之明。”“天生我材必有用。”教师也是人，既然是人，就有生存和发展的问题，同时难免或多或少地有某种程度的适应问题，如果这些问题不能即时有效地解决，就会形成心理疾病。这样对个人、对教育都是有害而无益。

那么，作为教师的我们，该如何进行自我调节，不断提高自己的心里素质水平，从而成为一名幸福、快乐的教师呢?

首先我们要正确认识自我，对自我不能估计过高，认为自己是最完美的。也不能对自己估计过低，用自己的短处和别人的长处比，陷入痛苦之中。这两方面都会使人丧失适合自我发展与成功的机会。我们要学会从多方面、多渠道了解自己，学会从周围的世界中提取有关自我的真实反馈，避免由于自己的主观理解带来误差。

人无完人，每个人难免存在一些不足和不完善的地方。要悦纳自我，既要肯定自己的优点，又要接纳自己的缺点，给自己一个良好的心境投身到教育教学改革之中，不断接受新事物，不断提高自我修养，这样才能永保激情，才会成功而快乐。

其次热爱生活，释放压力。

压力是影响心理健康的主要因素。过度的工作压力，使人产生生理、心理以及行为失调反应。
