Extreme 300 is a medium viscosity, solvent-free structural Typical Uncured Properties (liquid)

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

All surfaces must be clean, dry, dust and grease free. Best result will be

achieved with surfaces that have been lightly abraded immediately prior to

bonding. If using accelerator apply to one component surface only. Apply thin film of adhesive to the other surface and bring the pieces together immediately.

DESCRIPTION:

Resinlab?

EP1290 Gray is a two part mineral filled epoxy adhesive designed for bonding metals and plastics. It cures

at room temperature to a tough, semi-flexible material. It has good wetting to most surfaces and is free flowing to

penetrate cavities and give good self leveling and air release. This product gives very good vibration and impact

resistance. It gives good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases and most organic solvents.

It was especially formulated to a 1A:1B volume mix ratio for use in side-by-side dispensing

cartridges and meter/mix and

dispense equipment. EP1290 Gray will reach handle cure at room temperature within 16 ¨C 24 hours. Cure time can be

accelerated by the application of heat. Times and temperatures from 2 hours at 65C to 20 minutes at 100C are typical

for most applications. Time to heat substrate must be taken into account. Cooler temperatures will also extend work time

and increase cure times.

水性胶储存和使用注意事项 一、储存: 1、储存和运输应在0℃~50℃,并避免阳光照射;低于0℃胶的分子结构容易发生变化,从而使胶水性能减弱甚至失效。 2、建议先入先用,避免过期,正常条件下保质期6-9个月; 3、剩余胶水务必密封保存; 4、废弃处置应依照当地相关法律法规; 二、使用: 1、使用前务必选择适合的型号; 2、正式生产前须先进行试验,确认适合后再批量生产;使用过程中更换材料须先试验,确认后再使用; 3、使用前要关注材质状况,比如:表面能、墨层厚度、光油厚度、覆膜电晕值等,材质特别差的要采取补救措施,如磨边、等离子破坏等。 4、胶水有活性,它的活性随温度的变化而不同,在15°时活性最好,因此冬季在使用胶水时,最好提前一天将胶水存放在15℃的环境,这样使用时效果会好一些。 5、上机前,一定要搅匀,胶水目前温度条件下会产生水蒸气,水蒸气就会凝聚在桶盖上,经过物流运输水蒸气形成的水滴就会滴落到胶水中,因此在打开一桶新胶时,胶水表层会较稀,所以一定要搅匀。

6、请勿自行加水,如需稀释应先咨询我公司销售人员; 7、使用中,机长要随时检查胶槽中的胶水量、涂到产品上的上胶量;避免产品上无胶或上胶不均匀。 8、20分钟以上的停机,最好将胶水从胶槽中倒出来、将胶槽洗净晾干(建议压缩空气吹干,以免残留水分);若实际操作有困难,建议将胶槽用保鲜膜包起来,防止胶水长时间接触空气,形成胶水结皮,影响下次生产。 9、粘好的盒子要有充分的挤压时间,建议20分钟以上,以利于两个粘接面充分和胶粒子接触;覆膜产品挤压时间要加长; 10、要有充分的静放时间,直到胶水中的水分彻底挥发完,胶粒子起作用,夏天建议放置12小时以上,冬天建议放置24小时以上;11、本产品不能和其他同类产品或溶剂混合使用; 三、温馨提醒: 我公司产品是以乳液为基料的环保型水性胶黏剂,为保证您在低温下的使用效果,请确定膜表面电晕值≥34,否则,请对粘结面(膜)进行等离子处理,使其达到一定极性后使用,避免低温状态下因为膜低电晕造成存放后开盒。 上海荐兴包装材料有限公司

胶水才是霉变的元凶 2014-06-27近年来防霉已成为热门话题,特别是自2006年以来,欧美发达国家对我国采取贸易保护政策,越来越多地用环保的门槛限制我们出口。尽管工厂已采取各种措施来预防发霉,但据海关部门不完全统计,2006年度,单鞋类年出口就达100亿双。而同时因为霉变,据商务部的初步统计:2006年我国的成品鞋 9.8%因为发霉而导致国外客人拒收,导致直接经济损失 29."8亿美元。另外统计表明近年来出口产品带来的损失还以 3."6%的速度在速度飞速增长,一整柜的产品被销毁、拒收甚至索赔,已让工厂吃尽苦头。到底怎么了?霉菌像幽灵一样杀之无形,挥之不去? 为此,受中国工业制品抗菌协会委托,艾浩尔防霉实验室组织了三十人的专家小组对206家大中型鞋厂,83家家具厂,47家手袋厂跟踪调查。我们分别深入工厂车间一线现场,从工厂的材料采购到裁断,缝合,(定型)包装,仓储,运输各个环节,大家给出了一个出乎意料的结果, 46."8%的发霉是由贴合的胶水引起的, 23."2%的发霉是由包装, 13."5%的原因是其他可变原因,只有 16."5%由材料本身不干净引起的发霉。这就是为什么霉菌越防越多的原因,原来只因为没有找到根本元凶是胶水在作怪。 那么胶水为什么会成为霉变的元凶呢?首先,一般的胶水是由聚乙烯醇、白乳胶、硬脂酸钠、滑石粉、尿素、乙二醇、蔗糖、香精、水等组成,稍有刺激味、易挥发、挥发气具弱摧泪性。为消除胶水中的刺激性气味,胶水生产商会在胶水中添加少量氨水行进平衡,起到防臭的效果。但与此同时,偏碱性的环境使得胶水,尤其是水性白乳胶中丰富的糖分和蛋白质,为霉菌提供了大量的繁殖营养和食物。其次,珠三角、长三角地区是亚热带气候,海上运输,温度和湿度变化很大,增加了胶水受潮、霉变的风险。

制订单位制造部生效日期2010-8-16 密级CC 1目的: 为管制锡膏、胶水之正确使用,以确保产品品质。 2 范围: 本办法适用于SMT锡膏、胶水之储存与使用管理。 3 定义:无 4 职责与权限: 4.1采购部负责锡膏、胶水订购及入库、编号。 4.2生产线助理负责锡膏、胶水使用限制及保管。 4.3 IPQC负责点检和记录冰箱内的温度。 5 作业内容: 5.1锡膏、胶水储存办法: 5.1.1 锡膏、胶水的入库,标注纳入日期和编号。 5.1.2 锡膏、胶水放置于2℃~10℃之冰箱内冷藏有效期:锡膏为:90天,红胶为:180 天。 5.1.3 锡膏、胶水室温环境下:锡膏的储存寿命为:环境:20-30℃。 5.1.3.1未开盖 建议未开盖的锡膏在上面所说的环境下最长放置的寿命:RA,RMA,免洗:7天。 5.1.3.2开盖(但未用) 当把外盖打开,就不再是密封环境了。取出内盖,再把内盖和外盖都放回去。这 样做的话,寿命为:RA,RMA,免洗:2天。 5.1.3.3开盖(已使用,从钢网上收集回到瓶中) 焊膏已在钢网上印刷。建议最大的储存时间:RA,RMA,免洗12小时。

制订单位制造部生效日期2010-8-16 密级CC 5.1.3.4胶水的储存寿命为:30天。 5.1.4 冰箱温度确定时间:每日早上08:00~08:30分,晚上:20:00~20:30分内由IPQC进 行确认,确认好温度记录于<<冰箱冷藏温度管理表>>上,异常时反映当班主管处理。 5.1.5 锡膏的作业环境应控制在20℃~30℃,湿度控制在70%RH以下(停电除外)。湿度超 出70%时,应停止生产。 5.2 锡膏之使用管理办法: 5.2.1 回温: 锡膏在使用前需从冰箱内取出放于锡膏专用回温区在室温(20~30℃)下回温 4~8小时;然后才能开封。(如在低温下开封易吸潮,焊接时将产生锡珠或锡渣飞溅现象)。 5.2.2 登记:将回温锡膏的厂牌、批号、瓶号、回温时间记录于<<生产锡膏管理报表>> 上。且在锡膏瓶贴纸上记录锡膏搅拌、开封、有效期等相关资料。 5.2.3 搅拌:将回温后的锡膏须先放入锡膏搅拌机搅拌3分钟后方可使用,搅拌时间即定 为开封时间。 5.2.4 记录:搅拌好锡膏之后,助理员在锡膏管理报表上注明搅拌时间。使用者:印锡 人员在锡膏瓶上记录搅拌时间、开封时间、使用完毕时间。 5.2.5 锡膏搅拌开封使用时间: 搅拌开封后锡膏须在12小时用完,否则按第5.6项进行 处理。 5.2.6 锡膏回收方法: ①从印刷钢板上回收的锡膏,须用回收记录后的锡膏瓶装,不能与 尚未使用的锡膏混装在一起。然后在锡膏上的二次回收使用标签上注明回收时间,一般产品上使用。如不用则盖好内外双盖(如果有)放于回温处暂放;12小时内优先使用,以防助焊剂挥发,黏度增大,相关性能改变,超出12H按报废处理。②搅拌开封后但尚未从瓶中取出的锡膏,如果超出使用时间(12小时)允许再次放回冰箱内的二次冷藏区进行冷藏,二次冷藏的锡膏在下次生产时优先取出使用。二次使用之锡膏在管理
