翻译规范及要求
中文格式要求
1.整篇文章的大标题居中，用“宋体，2-3号字体”；
2.正文用“小四号字，宋体，1.5倍行距”；
3.每一自然段落首行缩进两个字，符合中文排版习惯。各自然段之间不需空行；
4.原文是斜体的地方，译文用楷体，原文是加黑的地方，译文也应加黑；
5.如果原文的斜体是表示书籍、手册、期刊杂志及报纸的名称，大型音乐作品
的曲名，戏剧及电影的剧名，广播电视节目名称，或诗歌的标题，则应依有关规定以书名号（双角括号《》）代替；
6.如客户在格式上有特殊要求的，应服从客户的要求，如有的客户要求一页对
一页地翻译，有的客户要求按照原文格式，有的客户要求分栏排版等；
7.如需与原文一页对应一页，在分页时必须通过插入分页符（Ctrl＋Enter）
进行，即在word中点菜单“插入”下的“分隔符”，严禁使用打多个回车键达到分页的目的。
英文格式要求
（注：其他外语语种可以参考该要求，特殊的应符合各自语言的惯例格式要求）
1.整篇文章的大标题居中，用“Times New Roman”，小3号字体；
2.正文用“Times New Roman”，小四号字体，1.5倍行距，段前段后分别设为
0.5行，或6磅（操作：格式\段落\缩进和间距）；
3.每一自然段落无需首行缩进。
4.各级标题的编号选用应恰当，且不得出现中文编号，如“三”、“（三）”
等，各级标题上下应各空一行。
5.不同级标题的编号处于不同的层次上，译者可以通过拖动word文件中的标尺
来实现这个目的。同级标题编号应对齐，整个文件中的所有正文应全部对齐。
整个文档必须清晰整齐。译者也可以参考国外一些正式文件。
6.不得在英文中出现书名号“《》”，英文中的书或文章的题目应采用斜体来
标记，而不是书名号；
7.外文译文按原中文格式，需加黑的地方，译文也加黑；
8.请高度重视单词大小写问题。整篇文章的大标题中，除连词、介词外，其余
单词的首字母都应大写；其他标题只有句首的字母大写，其余单词小写；
9.翻译完后，务必用“逻辑检错程序”查找是否有拼写错误、语法错误；
10.如客户在格式上有特殊要求的，应服从客户的要求，如有的客户要求一页对
一页地翻译，有的客户要求按照原文格式，有的客户要求分栏排版等。11.如需与原文一页对应一页，在分页时必须通过插入分页符（Ctrl＋Enter）进

文字质量要求
翻译的本质，就是要在透彻地理解原文意思的基础上用标准的汉语表述出来。首先，自己要准确理解原文的意思，要反复推敲，直到真正弄懂，然后再用标准的中文把思想再现出来。合格的译文必须符合以下原则：
一、凝练平实，言简意赅；
二、信息全面，含义准确；
三、语气流畅，逻辑通顺；
四、使用书面用语，符合汉语语法习惯；
五、杜绝错字、别字、多字、少字、标点符号误用和英文拼写错误；
六、译文的用词及语气须避免有对性别、年龄、种族、职业、宗教信仰、政治信仰、政党、国籍、地域、贫富以及身体机能障碍者的歧视。
关于人名、地址、公司及客户名称
原文中的人名、地址、公司名称及客户名称根据客户需求进行处理，如客户要求翻译，并提供参考，一定按照参考进行翻译，如无参考，则需查询后进行翻
译。如客户不要求翻译，则保留原文。
关于世界地名
地理名词的处理往往涉及到国家的政策，一定要慎重对待。
注意，如果遇到“中华民国”、“TaiWan”、或“Republic of China”等字样，须立即通知项目经理；对于单词“国家”，如果是“国家”之意，则无论出现在何处，均需译为“国家/地区。Taiwan, Chinese，应译为“中国台湾地区”。文中的这类政治敏感性词汇，有可能给客户带来法律纠纷，因此，这一点非常重要，不能有任何差错。
译文文件名格式：
译文文件名要规范，中译公司的译文统一格式为：工作编号+译者姓名。每份文件均有一个唯一的工作编号，译者收到后需确认。完成翻译发回中译公司时，文件名应为：工作编号-译者姓名。
时间进度：
翻译任务都有很严格的时间要求，一般来说客户给我们的时间都很紧，所以译文收到后我们校对的时间非常少，只有快速浏览和排版的时间。质量、格式和时间进度基本上都由译者来保证。译者必须在规定的时间内保质保量地完成，尽可能不留问题。如果确实有无法解决的问题，需事先通知相关人员。
翻译费和合作基础：
中译公司坚持诚信原则，只要翻译质量没有问题，翻译费用就不会有问题。我们的译费支付政策是：当月交齐的项目，次月底或次次月初结算。原因：客户评价反馈需要时间；稿酬统计需要时间；审查核对需要时间。对于某些特殊的项目，我们可能会在经过内部检查和客户认可后再支付翻译费。
质量是合作的基础和保障，如因质量问题导致客户退稿或扣款，译者应负相应责任。公司对翻译人员都要进行严格测试后才正式聘用，为此，不得随便找别人代替翻译。要求认真思考，反复推敲，不能不求甚解；要求多查词典，不能望文生义；要严格要求自己，不能应付差事。否则译员需承担相应的后果。

汉译英翻译方法

汉译英的几种常用技巧（一）常用的翻译技巧1. 增译2. 减译（省译）3. 重复 4. 转译 5. 语序（词序/句序）调整（倒置） 6. 拆句与合并7. 正说反译, 反说正译8. 语态变换 1.增译法：指根据英汉两种语言不同的思维方式、语言习惯和表达 方式，在翻译时增添一些词、短句或句子，以便更准确地表达出原文所包含的意义。 这种方式多半用在汉译英里。汉语无主句较多，而英语句子一般都要有主语，所以在翻译汉语无主句的时候，除了少数可用英语无主句、被动语态或“There be…”结构来翻译以外，一般都要根据语境补出主语，使句子完整。英语中代词使用频率较高，凡说到人的器官和归某人所有的或与某人有关的事物时，必须在前面加上物主代词。因此，在汉译英时需要增补物主代词，而在英译汉时又需要根据情况适当地删减。 英语词与词、词组与词组以及句子与句子的逻辑关系一般用连词来表示，而汉语则往往通过上下文和语序来表示这种关系。因此，在汉译英时常常需要增补连词。英语句子离不开介词和冠词。另外，汉译英时还要注意增补一些原文中暗含而没有明言的词语和一些概括性、注释性的词语，以确保译文意思完整。 总之，通过增译，一是保证译文语法结构的完整，二是保证译文意思的明确。 1.
