教学设计内容

Unit5 Do you want to watch a game show?( Section A 1a-1c)

本节课为Unit5单元的第一课时,从学生现实生活切入,引导学生说出自己对电视节目的喜好,并通过练习来了解各种电视节目的名称,主要以听说为主,注重培养学生运用语言进行交际的能力。

一、Teaching aims:

语言目标:

1.学习并掌握有关电视节目类型及表达喜好程度的单词或短语

2.学习有关表达对不同电视节目的偏好的句型,初步感知不定式做宾语的用法。

情感态度价值观目标:

学会谈论流行文化,了解各类电视和电视节目的名称和自己的喜欢。注意引导学生们形成正确的文化观念,大力培养学生们的跨文化意识,形成自己独立的个性。

二、Teaching methods:

本节课采用情景教学法,直观、生动,融知识于竞赛游戏、调查采访以及小组活动中。运用现代教学手段———多媒体进行教学,充分调动学生的积极参与,使课堂气氛活跃,参与率高,以确保教学效果。

三、Teaching difficulties and importances;

教学重点

1. 学习掌握各类电视和电视节目的名称。

2. 掌握动词不定式结构做动词的宾语;了解后面接动词不定式做宾语的动词。

3.使学生掌握句型“What do you think of…?”“I don’t mind them.”学会描述自己的喜好以及制定合理的计划。

教学难点

1.掌握动词不定式结构做动词的宾语;了解后面接动词不定式做宾语的动词。

2.让学生运用所学句型“What do you think of…?”对某一事物进行评价,并且学会谈论计划。

设计意图:通过师生问答询问学生喜欢做的事情,为导入新课做准备。

Step2:Present the new words.

利用多媒体图片呈现本课时的词汇Soap, sitcom, news, stand, mind,talk show,

soap opera, sports show, game show, talent show

Ask some questios about the pictures.

六、教学反思

本节课主要让学生学习掌握各种电视节目的英语表达,并且能运用英语熟练谈论自己的喜好。由于学生对这方面比较熟悉,所以学习起来比较容易。这节课我又运用了多媒体教学,所以学生学习起来更加积极主动。在多媒体中我把一个小游戏插入到了教学环节中,使课堂气氛更加活跃,使学生学英语的兴趣大大提高。

通过多媒体的运用,我确实感到课堂要比过去传统的课堂优化了很多,学生能更加主动的去学,从而使课堂更加高效。

课例分析

本单元主要引导学生学习有关各种电视节目,通过本课的学习,学生能用英语熟练的谈论各种电视节目并且谈论自己的喜好。由于这一课的教材贴近生活,所以学生学习起来更加熟悉,更加有兴趣。

在设计本节课时,我主要采用听说的手段和方法让学生来熟练掌握本课的内容,这样学生在听和说的同时,不知不觉的就掌握住了本课的重难点。在以前没有用多媒体上课的时候,我感觉学生在当堂课上很难掌握的那么熟练,只有在课后加强练习才能有更好的效果。而现在通过多媒体教学,课堂效果更好,可以说课堂高效有了很好的验证。下面我主要从教学目标设计、教学环节设置和教学活动安排来谈论一下多媒体在英语课堂上的优势。

在教学目标设计上,以前我只能通过教读和口头解释的方法来解释单词和句子,这样学生学习起来比较枯燥不说,而且很难理解和应用。而同过多媒体,我可以把教学目标展示在大屏幕上,学生通过画面和声音更好的理解和掌握。本节课,主要的词汇和语言目标是关于电视节目的,通过大屏幕的展示,学生很快的理解了这些教学知识,并且很容易记忆。这样的课堂不仅提高了学生学英语的兴趣,而且使学生学习有了更好的效果。在针对学生的情感培养方面,我也通过多媒体大大丰富的学生的文化知识,开阔了学生的视野,并且注意引导学生们形成正确的文化观念,大力培养学生们的跨文化意识,形成自己独立的个性。

在教学环节设置方面,由于有了多媒体的英语,也使课堂更流畅,更有活力。比如,在这节课中,我插入了一个游戏的步骤。就是让学生通过大屏幕图片快速闪过来猜电视节目的种类。这样学生参与非常积极,大大的活跃了课堂,而且对于本课的知识点有了更深的理解和记忆。相信一节课下来,学生大部分都能熟练应用了。如果用以前的传统方法,我想用两节课都不会有如此的效果。

在教学活动安排上,老师由于有了多媒体,可以更灵活,更好的让学生参与到主动学习的过程中去。

从而让学生的被动学习转变到主动学习中去。在本课中,我在大屏幕上展示了各种有关电视的图片,让学生分组练习主要语言句型。学生根据大屏幕,一目了然,英语句子也就能流畅的说出来,从而达到了事半功倍的效果。另外,课堂检测我也通过大屏幕展示出来,学生当堂练习,当堂反馈,教师很容易的了解到学生学习的情况,从而去反思提高自己的教学水平,解决学生碰到的难题。

所以我们今天的老师一定要知道在教学环节中运用多媒体的好处,从而积极去学,尝试在教学中运用计算机寻找更优秀的资源,让学生的视野更开阔,学习英语的兴趣更高,使课堂更加优化,更加高效。
