品管圈在探讨静脉留置针回血部位中的应用

【摘要】目的：利用品管圈管理工具探讨静脉留置针回血的部位，进而降低静脉留置针回血的发生率。方法：通过成立品管圈组织、确定品管圈主题、制定品管圈活动计划，对静脉留置针发生回血的原因进行分析，制定措施，并对品管圈活动实施前后的状况进行对比。结果：当回血达到以及超过离穿刺点3cm 时必须进行冲管，回血率由7.8%降至1.6%。结论：应用品管圈工具探讨了静脉留置针容易发生回血的部位，从而指导临床护理人员更好地使用静脉留置针，为患者减轻反复穿刺的痛苦，减少了费用，同时提高圈员运用品管圈管理工具解决临床实际问题的能力。%Objective:The use of products to investigate the venous indwel ing needle blood return parts circle management tool pipe,thereby reducing the incidence of venous indwel ing needle back blood.Method:Through the establishment of quality control circle organization,determine the quality control circle theme,make QCC plan of venous indwel ing needle,analyzed the reasons of the occurrence of blood return,formulate measures,and the quality control before and after the implementation of the situation compared circle activities.Result:When the blood back to reach and exceed from puncture of 3cm must be carried out when flushing pipe ,blood return rate from 7.8% to 1.6%.Conclusion:Study on intravenous prone to blood
