规定并受其保护。
All activities of the WFOE shall comply with and be protected by the laws, decrees, and relevant regulations of the Peop le’s Republic of China.
2.外商独资企业应按照中华人民共和国的法律、法令和有关规定交纳有关税
款。
The WFOE should pay the relevant taxes in accordance with the laws, decrees and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
3.外商独资企业已参与外商投资股权投资企业试点申请。
