Nowadays,with the Internet having become an inseparable part of people's life,online communication is growing tremendously and becoming the mainstream of social intercourse in the information age,which makes us have a sense of being involved in a much broader circle of people and contacts.In contrast to the so-called advantages,the relationship between people is becoming colder and they hold themselves aloof from others in reality.

In my view ,instead of choosing to get used to this new way,we are supposed to be clear that the widespread use of and over reliance on chatting online may not be desirable at all.

The majority like computer-mediated communication and Internet relay chat so much that they seem to develop a good relationship with other people online rather than in real life.When they feel depressed and frustrated,instead of talking to close friends,beloved family and respectable teachers face to face,they tend to express their feelings and thoughts on QQ,Wechat and so on.

As a consequence,they are seldom seen chatting with others in real life,which diminishes the perception of real life as well as weakening the capability of savoring the unique pleasure in real life.Furthermore,addicted in the virtual world,people will be in danger of losing communication skills in real life.The feeling of staying together when chatting online is illusory.And solitude,desolateness and loneliness exist in fact.Thus it's high time that we paid more attention to this phenomenon and took some actions to make a change.
