山西省2015年全国职称英语考试考务工作的通知

根据《关于做好山西省2015年度全国专业技术人员职称外语等级统一考试考务工作的通知》（晋人考函[2014] 48号）安排，现将我省有关事项公告如下：

一、考试时间

2015年3月28日上午9：00-11：00

二、考试语种、级别设置

山西省2015年度全国专业技术人员职称外语等级统一考试(以下简称：职称外语考试)设英语、日语、俄语、德语、法语、西班牙语6个语种，每个语种分为A级、B级、C级

3个级别，其中英语每个级别分设综合、理工、卫生3个专业，其他语种不分设专业。

三、考试组织

本次考试全省共设12个考区，省直考区负责全省“日语、俄语、德语、法语、西班牙语”五个语种的考试组织，考点设在太原市；太原、大同、阳泉、长治、晋城、朔州、忻州、吕梁、晋中、临汾、运城考区负责“英语”语种的考试组织，报考人员须按照所在单位属地原则进行报名，考点设在市府所在地。

四、考试等级适用及免试范围

按照原人事部《关于专业技术人员职称外语等级统一考试的通知》（人发[1998]54号）和山西省人力资源和社会保障厅《关于山西省专业技术职务任职资格评审有关问题的补充说明》的通知(晋人社职字[2010]43号) 的规定执行。

五、时间安排及报名流程

（一）时间安排：

网上报名：2014年12月16日—2015年1月12日

网上交费：2014年12月16日—2015年1月14日

准考证打印：2015年3月16日—3月25日

发票领取：2015年3月23日—3月27日

需领取发票的报考人员可在规定时间内持本人身份证、准考证，到准考证所示考区人事考试中心领取（详细地址见附件），逾期不再受理。

（二）报名流程

2015年度职称外语考试首次使用全国专业技术人员资格考试报名服务平台报名，已在该平台注册过的报考人员报名时无需重新注册，在我省参加考试的报考人员，网上报名选择省份时须选择“山西省”，按报考语种和工作单位属地原则选择考区。

报考人员登录山西人事考试网（https://www.sodocs.net/doc/e88580343.html,）报名，按照上传照片、网上填报信息、网上信息确认、网上交费、网上打印准考证的流程进行。报名时，须认真阅读考试文件并遵守报名协议，上传近期电子照片并如实填报报名信息，信息确认后即可进行网上交费，在规定时间内交费成功表明已完成本次报名，届时自行上网打印准考证即可参加考试。

全国专业技术人员资格考试报名服务平台要求报考人员在上传照片前，必须使用报名网站提供的证件照片处理工具对照片进行处理。只有通过照片处理工具处理后，生成的照片才能被网报平台识别。

曾在全国专业技术人员资格考试报名服务平台注册并报名成功（即交费完成）的报考人员，无须上传照片，填报并确认信息后，即可交费，完成报名。

报考人员须谨慎填写报考信息，报考信息确认后不可修改。如有差错，责任后果由报考人员自负。

六、收费标准

根据《国家发展改革委、财政部关于重新核定人事部人事考试中心考试收费标准及有关问题的通知》(发改价格[2004]1108号)；山西省财政厅、山西省物价局文件（晋价费字［2 013］223号）规定，本次考试费用54元/人。未按时交纳考试费用的视为放弃报名。

七、注意事项

(一)应试人员应试时，可携带一本正式出版的通用外语词典(不得携带电子词典以及专门为职称外语考试编写的词典)、2B铅笔、橡皮、黑色迹墨水笔。

(二)各级别、专业的试题全部为客观题，在答题卡上作答。应试人员须严格按照试卷封二“应试人员注意事项”的要求填涂试卷代码，未填涂或填涂错误的，考试成绩将按无效处理。

(三)考试结束后，被认定的雷同试卷将按照《专业技术人员资格考试违纪违规处理规定》（人社部第12号令）给予当次考试科目成绩无效的处理，请应试人员自觉遵守考试纪律，并防止被他人抄袭，树立自我保护意识和诚信参考意识。

(四) 本次考试我省各级人事考试部门不举办也不委托任何机构组织考试辅导培训班。敬请广大报考人员提高警惕，切勿上当受骗。

八、成绩查询

考试结束两个月后登录山西人事考试网查询。
