孕期体重控制联合计划分娩的应用效果

[摘要] 目的评价孕期体重控制联合计划分娩的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年6月～2013年10月收治的符合病例选择条件的孕产妇308例作为研究对象，根据干预方法不同分为两组，对照组141例实行常规孕期检查及指导，研究组167例除常规孕期检查指导外，实行孕期体重控制联合计划分娩进行干预。对比两组的妊娠结局、分娩并发症、妊娠期体重增加、产程时间及产妇对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组的不良妊娠结局（剖宫产、胎儿窘迫等）发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05），研究组的分娩并发症（产后出血、宫内感染、软产道损伤）发生率均低于对照组（P

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the application effect of pregnancy weight control combined with programed delivery. Methods 308 pregnant woman meeting the case selection criteria received by our hospital from June 2012 to October 2013 were selected as study object and were divided into two groups according to different intervention method.141 cases in control group were conducted with routine pregnant examination and guidance，167 cases in study group were conducted with pregnancy weight control combined with programed delivery apart from routine pregnant examination and guidance.Pregnancy outcome，delivery complications，weight gain in pregnancy，time of delivery and satisfaction degree for nursing work in maternal between two groups was compared respectively. Results Incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcome （cesarean delivery，fatal distress and so on） in study group was significantly lower than that of control group （P0.05）.The incidence rate of delivery complication （postpartum hemorrhage，intrauterine infection and soft birth canal laceration） in study group was lower than that of control group （P
