第五条、乙方同意所研发的产品所有知识产权归甲方所有，乙方不得将相关技
术信息泄露给任何第三方，否则需要承担一切法律后果。

as researched and developed herein shall be owned by party a. party b shall not be
allowed to disclose any technical information concerned to the third party, or it
shall take all the legal consequences.
