Unit 2 Animals 优质课教案

Lesson 1

Get Ready

(1)教师出示猴子、老虎、兔子和熊猫四种动物的耳朵,让学生猜测是什么动物.

(2)教师出示猴子耳朵的图片,学生猜对后,再出示猴子的单词卡,带领学生集体读或个人朗读。

(3)用以上方式认读老虎、兔子和熊猫三种动物。然后,教师将动物图片贴在黑板上,请学生把单词卡分别贴在相应的动物图片旁。

(4)教师询问学生是否喜欢这些动物。 T: Do you like monkeys?

1. 导入故事

(1)出示故事第一幅图,引导学生观察图中人物是谁,让学生说说他们在什

么地方。

T: Look! Who are they in the picture? Where are they?

(2)师生通过看图,互动问答,了解故事发生的场所。教师板书故事题目,

让学生预测接下来主人公要做什么。

2. 学习故事

(1)教师播放整个故事的课件,引导学生说一说故事中 Ken 和 Ann 遇到了

那些小动物。 T: Who do they meet? Who are Bobby’s friends?

(2)出示图 2 和图 3,引导学生说一说 Ken 和 Ann 首先遇到了什么动物,

然后找一找这些动物在哪里。 T: What animal do they meet in the forest?

(3)引导学生观察 Ken 和 Ann 的表情,让学生猜测 Ken 和 Ann 是否喜欢

松鼠。教师带领学生朗读 squirrels 。然后利用贴在黑板上的松鼠图片,帮助学生理解 Come and meet the squirrels. 的含义。

T: Do Ken and Ann like squirrels?

(4)出示图 4、图 5,引导学生说说 Ken 和 Ann 又遇到了什么动物。教师引导学生观察图 4、图 5 中 Ken 和 Ann 的表情,并与图 3 中人物的表情做比较,猜测他们是否喜欢蛇,说说为什么。

(5)出示图 6,引导学生说说这是什么动物。让学生自己朗读句子,并通过

模仿人物动作理解句子的意思。

(6)出示图 7、图 8、图 9,引导学生说说故事结尾他们遇到了什么动物。

教师带领学生练习朗读 foxes。

(7)学生四人一组模仿图7、图8、图9 的内容朗读,体会人物语言和动作。最后让学生说一说 Bobby 有什么值得学习的地方。

(8)回顾故事主要内容。把松鼠、蛇、兔子和狐狸的图片贴在黑板上,让学

生说一说Bobby, Ken 和Ann 先后遇到哪些动物,他们是否都喜欢这些动物。教师写出 like, don’t like,并分别用笑脸和哭脸表示。让学生讲动物图放到

笑脸或哭脸旁。

3. 模仿表演

(1)利用动物插图,呈现故事主要情节发展的示意图,引导学生回忆故事中

的人物对话。

(2)呈现故事的主要插图和对话,学生进行图文匹配。

(3)学生看连环画,独立阅读故事。

(4)播放录音,让学生集体跟读。

(5)把学生分成小组,让学生在小组中分角色朗读故事

模块3 U7 L1 1 The Spirit of Explorers Viking Voyages to America The Vikings were the first Europeans to reach America. They achieved this long before Columbus ever set sail. The Vikings were a group of people whose ancestors came from Scandinavia. They controlled the seas and coasts of Northern Europe between the 8th and 10th centuries AD. By around 900 AD, there were many places in Northern Europe where the Vikings chose to live. In 982 AD, when a man called Eric the Red decided to set sail further west, there were as many as 10,000 Vikings living in Iceland. According to the old stories of Iceland and Norway, Eric the Red was forced to leave Iceland because he had committed a murder, for which he got into trouble. Eric reached Greenland and discovered that people could live in the place where he landed. He returned to Iceland and told people there about Greenland. He persuaded some people to go back with him to Greenland. Eric set sail once again, this time with 25 ships, of which only 14 made it to Greenland. Not long after Eric the Red had landed in Greenland, a man called Biarni set sail from Iceland in search of Eric's party. Biarni was hoping to join his father who was with Eric, but he was blown off course and found himself in an unknown land, from where he eventually reached Greenland. In the year 1002, when Eric the Red's son Leif was planning a trip further west, Biarni was the man with whom Leif discussed his plans. Leif followed Biarni's directions and sailed to what is believed to be the coast of present-day Canada. He then sailed further south to an island which is now known as Newfoundland. We know about Eric the Red and Leif's deeds through stories which were written down centuries later in Norway and Iceland. They are the first records we have of Europeans sailing to the Americas.
