总之，DES置入术后新生粥样硬化斑块广泛存在，可能是导致支架内再狭窄的重要机制之一；而TCFA的形成和破裂可能是DES术后发生NSTEACS 的重要机制之一。由于本研究是一个回顾性研究，因此不能精确反应DES置入后内膜增生及斑块形成的全过程。研究纳入的样本量较小，可能使结果存在偏差。因此，上述结论需要更多前瞻性、大规模临床试验进一步证实。
