{School of Chemical Engineering,Sichuan University,Chengdu610065,Sichuan,China) Abstract:The essence of the two-step method of gypsum mineralization is the solid-liquid reaction between (NH4)2CO3formed after CO2was absorbedbyammonia and CaSO4,2H2O themaincomponentofgyp-sum,The reaction process was studied,and the reaction mechanism and kinetic equation were explored. The stirring speed was500rpm and the temperature ranged from25to45C,The reaction kinetics of the reaction process could be described by the shrinking core model and controlled by the chemical reaction,Its dynamicequationcoincidedthepseudo-firstorderhypothesis,Atexperimentaltemperatures253035 40and45C,the reaction rate constants were obtained as1.20X10—4, 1.72X10—4,2我7V10—4, 3.26X 10—4and4.28X10—4s—1,respectively,In the corresponding temperature zone,the relation between reac-tion rate constant k and temperature T is obtained by regression:k=76879.92X exp(—50.21X103B—1T—1) Keywords:gypsum;ammonium carbonate;reaction kinetics;rate constant

山东华鲁恒升化工股份有限公司以发掘合成气的高附加值应用为出发点,以R基化路线和变换制氢气为方向,结合公司现有的原料甲醇和氨以及蒸汽、电力等能源优势,拟投资49.8亿元新建酰胺及尼龙新材料项目,建设资金由公司自有资金和银行贷款解决。项目依托公司现有的气化平台,充分利用合成气资源,以苯和氢气为原料,采用先进的工艺技术,主体建设环己醇、环己酮和己内酰胺装置,配套建设双氧水、甲酸、硫酸装置,建设期为30个月$项目建成投产后,可年产己内酰胺30万吨、甲酸20万吨、尼龙6切片20万吨、硫酸鞍48万吨等,将进一步拓展公司产业链,优化产品结构,提高企业盈利能力,打造一体化新材料产业基地$预计年均实现营业收入56.13亿元,利润总额4.46亿元$
