My Summer Holiday Plan
The summer holiday is coming. I’m going to have a good rest and learn to relax myself. I’ll read more useful books because it can make me learn more knowledge. I will try to spend more time talking with my parents and help them to do some housework. I’m going to join the swimming club because I like swimming very much. If possible, I want to go to Hainan Island for a visit.

A True Friend
Friends are important to us. In our daily life, we’ll feel happier if we get on well with our friends, but we’ll feel lonely without friends.
We can make new friends here and there, but it is hard to find a ture friend. What is a true friend? I think the true friend is someone who can share happiness and sadness. They can help each other when they are in trouble,and encourage each other when they are sad. So the old say “A friend in need is a friend indeed.”
Happiness
Happiness is important in our life. In fact, happiness is always around you if you put your heart into it.
I will never forget one thing. Once, I had a bad mark at a math test. I was afraid to meet my parents. But my parents knew what happened late, they said to me, “It doesn’t matter, my child. We believe you can be better next time. Never give up!” I was moved and studied harder later.

For example, they could make their beds and clearn their rooms by themselves. This will help them to grow up to be independent. The earlier kids learn to be independent, the better it is for their future.
Learn to Relax
Now our middle school students are under too much pressure. We have to do many lessons at school and take all kinds of after-school classes in our free time. We often feel tired. So it is necessary for us to relax ourselves, or we won’t have eno ugh energy to study well. Most students like doing sports, such as playing balls, climbing mountains and taking a walk. Listening to music and going to the movies are also good ways to relax. But I often have a good sleep to relax myself. I often feel very energetic after a good sleep.
My changes
My life has changed a lot in the past two years. I was fat and short when I came to the middle school. At that time I was interested in computer games. My parents were worried about me.
Now, I like sports and I often play baskettball with my classmates after school. So I become taller and stronger than before. I like reading, too.
