JN 1xxx FB型ABS是重庆聚能汽车技术有限公司根据我国车辆和道路状况研制的,具有自主

知识产权的汽车防抱制动系统,其关键技术已获得四项国家专利(专利号ZL 9 8 2 29255.4,

ZL 02 2 75676.0, ZL 02 3 55574.2 , ZL 02 2 75677.9 )。JN 1xxx FB型ABS 产品经国家汽车质

量监督检验中心(襄樊)检验合格,符合GB/T 13594-2003 《机动车和挂车防抱制动性能和试验

方法》的要求。

JN 1xxx FB ABS is an anti-lock braking system with self-owned intellectual property right, developed

by Chongqing Juneng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. based on condition of vehicles and roadways

of China. Its key 4 technologies have been patented by the state (Patents No.: ZL 9 8 2 29255.4, ZL 02

2 75676.0, ZL 02

3 55574.2, ZL 02 2 75677.9). Tested by State Automobile Quality Supervision and

Test Center (Xiangfan), JN 1xxx FB ABS product is up to grade, complying with GB/T 13594-2003

This operation manual gives an introduction to methods of installation, use and repair of Model JN

1xxx FB ABS, failure diagnosis of ABS and matters needing attention so as to ensure you can use

various functions of JUNENG ABS safely and fully.

1 “聚能牌”ABS主要用途与适用范围

汽车在高速行驶时,往往因为紧急制动车轮被抱死,产生侧滑,甩尾或方向失控现象,造

成交通事故。为提高制动系统的安全性能,ABS作为汽车辅助制动系统,效果良好,作用巨大。

因此国家颁布和实施了新的法规:GB12676-1999 <<汽车制动系统结构,性能和试验方法>> 第4。

2。20条和4。3。13条规定了“有关车辆必须安装防抱制动装置”的要求。GB/T13594-2003 <<

机动车和挂车防抱制动性能和试验方法>>进一步对防抱制动系统提出了新的要求。

1. Main Uses and Adaptability of “Juneng Brand” ABS

While being driven at high speed, wheels of vehicle are sometimes locked because of emergency

braking, bringing about phenomena such as side slip, tail swerving or losing control of direction,

thereby making traffic accident occur. To improve safety performance of braking system, ABS is used

as supplementary braking system of vehicle, achieving good effect and remarkable action. Accordingly,

new rules concerned are issued and implemented by the State, namely, GB12676-1999 <

Performance and Test Methods of Automobile Braking System>>, in which, Clauses 4.2.20 and 4.3.13

stipulate requirements that “anti-lock braking system has to be installed in relevant vehicles”. In

addition, GB/T13594-2003 <

Vehicles and Trailers>> further sets new requirements on anti-lock braking system.

“Juneng Brand” ABS series products made by Juneng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. are applicable

to various types of passenger car, carry cargo, trailer, tractor truck and heavy truck with air pressure

braking or hydraulic pressure braking. ABS products mainly include air braking single passage,

double-passage, four-passage and multiple-passage products.

4.1 ABS系统概述Survey of ABS System

汽车在高速行驶或在湿滑路面行驶中采取紧急制动时,车轮一旦抱死,将失去侧向附着力而产生侧滑、甩尾及转向失控现象。这是造成交通事故的重要原因之一.

While being driven at high speed or driven on wet road surface, once the wheels of a vehicle are locked because of emergency braking, it will bring about phenomena such as side slip, tail swerving or losing control of direction due to losing of side adhesion to road surface. This is one of important reasons for traffic accidents.

汽车防抱制动系统(Anti—Lock Braking System)简称ABS,是当今发达国家已广泛应用的改善车辆制动性能、提高行车安全的高科技产品。聚能公司根据我国车辆

状况,设计了电子控制器(ECU)和压力调节器,其主要元器件均采用世界知名企业产品,

采用贴装工艺, 三防处理。装有ABS的车辆在制动过程中,电子控制器(ECU)根据车

辆的行驶速度、减速度、路面的附着系数等参数计算, 通过压力调节器自动调节四个轮

子的制动管路压力,将车轮的滑移率控制在最佳区段,使车辆获得最好的制动效果和稳

定性;在湿滑路面上或高速行驶时制动,能缩短制动距离,并且方向可随驾驶员的意图

控制;此外还能减轻轮胎磨损, 减少制动鼓失圆。

Anti-Lock Braking System, called ABS for short, is a high-tech product that finds wide application in developed nations nowadays to improve braking performance and enhance safe driving of vehicles. Based on condition of vehicles in China, Juneng company has designed electronic control unit (ECU) and pressure adjuster, and the main elements and parts are all products of world-famous enterprises, with attached-assembly technology, three-prevention treatment. In the process of braking of vehicles equipped with ABS, ECU automatically adjusts pressure of braking pipes of 4 wheels according to calculated parameters such as driving speed, deceleration and adhesion coefficient to road surface, thereby to control slip ratio of wheels at best section and enable the vehicles to obtain best braking effect and stability; When being braked on wet road surface or driven at high speed, braking distance can be shortened, with direction being controlled at will by driver; In addition, it is able to abate wear of tyre and reduce losing round of braking drum.

JN 1xxx FB型ABS系列产品是气压制动电子控制式汽车防抱制动装置,适用于采用气/液制动系统的各种车型。当汽车在行驶中制动时,装有ABS产品的车辆,实施

紧急制动时,车辆将最大程度地不侧滑、不甩尾、方向可控,刹车操作简单方便,即使

在湿滑路面上也不必采用“点刹”,在任何路面实施紧急制动时,只需踩下刹车踏板到

底,不放松即可。

As air pressure braking electronic control type automobile anti-lock braking unit, JN 1xxx FB ABS series products are applicable to various types of vehicles with pneumatic/hydraulic braking system. When emergency braking is operated in driving a vehicle with ABS product, there is maximum degree of non-side slip, no tail swerving and direction controllability for it, thus making braking operation simple and convenient so that even on wet road surface no “point-braking” is necessary. When emergency braking is conducted on any road surface, simply step the brake pedal to the end and keep it unreleased.

5. JN 1xxx FB系统设备工作原理Working Principle of JN 1xxx FB System Equipment

JN 1xxx FB型ABS主要由齿圈、轮速传感器、电子控制器(ECU)、压力调节器、ABS故障指示灯、线束和安装支架等部件组成。如下图所示:

JN 1xxx FB ABS mainly consists of components such as gear ring, wheel speed sensor, ECU, pressure adjuster, ABS failure indication light, wiring harness and mounting bracket, as shown in following diagram:

四个轮子采集轮速信号,电子控制器(ECU)根据轮速信号,计算出汽车的行驶速度、车轮的加(减)

速度、滑移率等参数,控制汽车前、后桥上的四个压力调节器(制动轮缸),使之呈快速间歇状增压、

减压、保压动作,让车轮不抱死而具有较大的纵向附着力和侧向附着力,从而消除了车辆的侧滑、

甩尾现象,并且使方向具有可操作性,大大提高了车辆行驶的安全性。

Working principle of JN 1xxx FB ABS: During the driving, when driver steps braking pedal, 4 wheel speed sensors collect wheel speed signal of these 4 wheels, respectively. Then, based on the wheel speed signal, ECU calculates parameters such as driving speed, acceleration and deceleration of wheels, and slip ratio to control 4 pressure adjusters (braking wheel cylinder) on front and rear axles. This makes it act by increasing pressure, decreasing pressure and maintaining pressure in a speedy and intermittent way, so that the wheels will not be locked but have relatively great vertical adhesion and side adhesion to eliminate phenomena of side slip and tail swerving, thus obtaining operability of direction, and enhancing safety of driving vehicles greatly. .

6. JN 1xxx FB系统设备安装与调试 Installation and Commissioning of Equipment for JN 1xxx FB System

6.1齿圈安装与调试Installation and Commissioning of Gear Ring

6.1技术要求:齿圈与轮毂的配合应采用H8/s7(紧配合),安装完成后齿圈端面跳动≤0.15mm。Technical requirements: assorting of gear ring wheel hub shall be H8/s7 (close assorting) and, after installation is completed, jumping of gear ring end face is ≤0.15mm.

安装方法:首先对其轴头或齿圈进行加工,使齿圈与轮毂的配合满足技术要求。随

后把齿圈在机油里加热到180±10 ℃,保温10分钟。将热膨胀后的齿圈迅速放到已加工好

的轴头上,然后再将齿圈旋转1到2圈,该齿圈自然就已安装到位了。齿圈的安装过程可以用

木榔头轻击齿圈,严禁用力过大或用其他硬物敲击,以免敲坏齿圈齿面,或使齿圈变形。齿圈

安装完成后它与轴头的安装配合如下图:

Method of installation: First machine its shaft nose or gear ring so as to meet technical requirements for assorting of gear ring and wheel hub. Then heat gear ring in the engine oil at 180±10 ℃,keeping temperature for 10 minutes. Place the heat expanded gear ring quickly onto the shaft nose which has been machined. After that turn the gear ring 1 to 2 loops such that the gear ring is installed in place. For installation of gear ring, a wood

hammer may be used to lightly tip the gear ring, but never apply too much force or use other hard matter to knock it in order to avoid damage to the tooth surface of gear ring or distortion of the gear ring. After the gear ring is mounted, assorted installation of it and shaft nose should be carried out as following figure:

6.2轮速传感器安装与调试Installation and Commissioning of Wheel Speed Sensor

通常情况下,前桥传感器安装无须支架, 传感器(衬套,夹套)插入对正齿圈的安装孔即可, 安装孔应位于制动底版或转向节上。但有的车辆前桥传感器安装也需要支架。Generally, no bracket is needed for installation of front axle sensor, where, simply insert the sensor (bush, sleeve) and align the installation hole of gear ring. The installation hole shall be located at braking soleplate or turning joint. However, for front axle sensor of some vehicles, bracket is also required.

后桥安装传感器需要传感器固定支架。该支架应安装在轴的静止部位,且应具有足够的刚性及安装的稳定性,以减小车辆震动的影响。传感器支架根据车辆及安装方式不同而不同, 但传感器的轴向应垂直于齿圈径向,最大角度偏差应小于2o。安装时先将夹套涂上润滑脂装入衬套内,直到夹套凸缘接触衬套。然后将涂上润滑脂的传感器插入夹套内,轻推传感器直到传感器端面接触齿圈。车轮转动后传感器与齿圈自然形成一间隙。前后桥传感器的安装见图3,图4,图5。

For installation of rear axle sensor, a fixed bracket of sensor is needed. The bracket should be installed at static position of the shaft, and shall possess sufficient rigidity and stability of installation so as to reduce impact of vehicle vibration. The sensor bracket may vary according to different types and installation of the vehicles, but the axial direction of sensor shall be perpendicular to radial direction of gear ring, with maximum angle warp smaller than 2o. When it is installed, first put the sleeve covered with lubricant into bush until sleeve flange contacts the bush. Then insert the sensor covered with lubricant into the sleeve, lightly push sensor until the sensor end face contacts gear ring. After wheels rotate, a clearance occurs naturally between sensor and gear ring. For installation of front and rear axles, please refer to Fig.3, Fig.4 and Fig.5.

注: 前桥传感器一般无安装支架, 传感器衬套插入制动底版或转向节安装孔内。

Note: Generally, there is no installation bracket at front axle sensor, where, sensor bush is inserted into braking soleplate or installation hole of turning joint.

传感器安装完成后,应检测它与齿圈之间的间隙是否达到了要求,其检测方法如下

When installation of sensor is completed, check if clearance between sensor and gear ring comply with requirements, with checking method as follows:

a)用万用表电阻(Ω)2K档,测量传感器输出端的电阻,其数值为1.3±0.1K;如不在此值范围内,则应更换传感器。

Using multi-meter resistance (Ω)2K, measure resistance of sensor’s output end, with numerical

value of 1550±70Ω; If it is not in range of this value, sensor shall be replaced.

b)转动车轮使其转速为每秒1转,用万用表交流电压(AC)2V档,测量传感器输出电压≥0.3V。如不在此值范围内则应调整传感器与齿圈之间的间隙。

Rotate wheels so that the rotating speed is at 1 revolution per second, then measure output

voltage of sensor using multi-meter (AC)2V, it should be ≥0.3V. If it is smaller than this

value, clearance between sensor and gear ring shall be adjusted.

6.3压力调节器安装与调试Installation and Commissioning of Pressure Adjuster

(1)压力调节器应安装在车轮制动总泵与制动分泵之间,靠近制动分泵()的车架上,从而达到控制制动分泵压力的作用。

Pressure adjuster shall be installed close to vehicle frame of minor braking pump(≤1.5m )to

achieve function of controlling pressure of minor braking pump.

(2)管道的接法,调节器的进气口应与快放阀相连,而出气口应接到制动分泵上。

As for the method of pipes connection, air inlet of the adjuster shall be connected to quick discharge valve, and air outlet shall be linked to minor braking pump

(3)后轮压力调节器的安装的方法与前轮一样,但应特别注意行车制动管路与驻车制动的管路,不能接错。其压力调节器的外型示意图如下图:

Method of installing rear wheel pressure adjuster is same as that of front wheel. However, care

must be taken that wrong action cannot be carried out for connection of the running braking piping

and stationed braking piping, the exterior schematic drawing of the pressure adjuster is shown in

following figure: Exhaust

图—7压力调节器安装图Installation Diagram of Pressure Adjuster 安装完压力调节器后,应仔细检测进出气接头是否有漏气的现象,如有漏气现象应立即处理,

直到无漏气为止。压力调节器安装完后应检查调节器电磁阀电阻是否正常(15Ω±0.5)如电阻值

没在此范围内则说明该调节器不能使用,应更换。

After installation of pressure adjuster is completed, carefully check if there is air leakage at air inlet and outlet connectors. If there is air leakage, deal with it at once until no leakage exists. After installation of pressure adjuster is completed, check if resistance of adjuster electromagnetic valve is in normal condition (15Ω±0.5). If the resistance value is not in this range, it indicates this adjuster cannot be used and must be replaced.

6.4电子控制器ECU的安装与调试Installation and Commissioning of Electronic Control Unit (ECU)

电子控制器ECU应安装在方便布置线束又防水、防潮、防高温的地方,如驾驶室内,车辆

行李箱内。用M5*8的自攻螺栓紧固L型支架后,把ECU挂在支架上,插座口朝下。安装好后

将ABS线束与ECU连接起来。ECU外形及安装方式如下图所示。

ECU shall be installed at a place where it is convenient to arrange wiring harness so that waterproofing, damp-proofing and heat resistance are possible, for instance in cab and trunk of vehicle. After tightening L-shape bracket using M5*8 self-tapping bolt, hang the ECU on the bracket, with socket orifice adown. After installation is completed, connect ABS wiring harness and ECU. Form of ECU and way of installation are shown as following figure.

6.5线束及ABS 指示灯安装与调试- Installation and Commissioning of Wiring Harness and ABS Indication Light

6.5.1线束的安装与调试Installation and Commissioning of Wiring Harness

把下图所示的ABS线束布置在汽车车架上,铺设时应每50公分用扎带将线束坚固于车架上,传感器线固定在车制动管上,每20公分扎一次(根据具体情况而定)。

As shown in following figure, ABS wiring harness is arranged on vehicle frame. During the arrangement, be sure to firmly lay the wiring harness using tie-strip on the frame, once every 50 cm, with sensor wiring fixed on vehicle braking pipe, once every 20 cm (determined based on specific condition).

1)连接左前、右前、左后、右后4个传感器。Connecting left front, right front, left rear and right rear

sensors

2)把圆环型接地片紧固在靠近蓄电池负极的地方。Tightening the cirque shape grounding piece at a

place close to cathode of storage battery

3)把ECU12芯插头A的A3、A9经过15A保险接到蓄电池+24V。Connecting A3 and A9 of ECU 12

cores plug A to storage battery +24V through 15A fuse

4)把ECU26芯插头B的B1、B14接到点火开关。Connecting B1 and B14 of ECU 26 cores plug B to

ignition switch.

5)把ECU26芯插头B的B26接到缓速器(如果车辆安装有缓速器)Connecting B26 of ECU26 cores

plug B to slow speed unit (if it is available on vehicle).

6)把ECU12芯插头A和ECU26芯插头B与ECU相连。Connecting ECU12 cores plug A and ECU26

cores plug B to ECU

7)三芯数据接口留作采集ABS数据和故障诊断仪用。With 3-core data interface left for ABS data

collection and failure diagnosis.

线束的连接要严格按照Q/JN 0001-1997标准的技术要求, 导线头与插头连接片的连接要用专用压线工具压紧,线束要用扎带与车架或原车线缆一起固定,在线束安装过程中, 应特别注意线束走向。线束不应与车辆上任何活动的地方有丝毫的干涉。线束中的传感器线缆应跟其相应的制动管路走向一致,线束中各接插件应尽量安装在防水较好的地方。

Connection of wiring harness shall be conducted strictly following technical requirements of Q/JN 0001-1997 standard, where, connection of lead wire head and plug connecting piece must be pressed tightly using specialized wiring pressing tool, and wiring harness be fixed with vehicle frame or original wiring cable of the vehicle using tie-strip. During the wiring harness installation, special attention shall be paid to direction of wiring harness. The wiring harness shall have no intervention with any movable part in the vehicle. In the wiring harness, sensor wire cable shall run in a same direction of its corresponding braking pipes, and each connector in the wiring harness shall be installed at a place where waterproofing is possible.

6.5.2 ABS 指示灯 ABS Indication Light

在驾驶室仪表盘ABS指示灯位置上,安装黄色LED 指示灯,或2。5W的白灯. ABS 指示灯一

端接点火开关,一端受ECU控制,接通点火开关后,一旦ABS系统各安装设备发生故障时,ABS灯发出

明显报警闪光。

A yellow LED indication light or a 2.5 W incandescent lamp is installed in position of ABS indication light of cab meter panel. One end of ABS indication light is connected to ignition switch and other end controlled by ECU. After ignition switch is turned on, ABS lamp sends out a notable alarm flash once an installed unit of ABS is out of order.

6.6 ABS系统的检查与调试Check-up and Commissioning of ABS System

6.6.1 检查ABS各部分紧固件,连接件,线束是否安装正确,牢固。是否不与其他部件

产生干涉性接触。将线束前端的ECU A,B插头(12+26芯) 插入ECU插座内。

Check if each tightening part, connecting part and wiring harness of ABS are installed correctly

and tightly, and if there is no interference contact with other parts. Insert plug A and B (12+26 cores) of

wiring harness front end into ECU socket.

6.6.2打开点火开关后,汽车仪表盘上的ABS指示灯会常亮3秒后自动熄灭,同时ABS

对CPU,电磁阀,传感器等设备进行一次自检。如用户踩住制动踏板打开点火开关,用户会听

到有规律的四次排气声,说明ABS处于正常工作状态。若ABS指示灯闪光,表示ABS系统故

障。按下一节指导方法排除故障。

After ignition switch is turned on, ABS indication light on the meter panel will be lighted for 3 seconds and goes out automatically. Meanwhile, ABS conducts a self check on units such as CPU, electromagnetic valve and sensor. When user steps braking pedal and turns on ignition switch, he (she) can hear a regular sound of exhaust for 4 times, indicating that ABS is in a normal working state. If ABS indication light flashes, it indicates ABS system has a trouble. Troubleshooting can be conducted in the light of instruction method in the following section.

7. JN 1xxx FB 故障诊断与排除Troubleshooting of JN 1xxx FB System Equipment

聚能ABS的故障显示采用的是一种“自动单闪码”报故障方式,其特点是:

“Automatic Single Flash Code” mode of failure respond is adopted in Juneng ABS failure indication, featuring:

1、当ABS有故障时,故障代码的读出是自动的,驾驶员能从ABS灯上立即看到闪码。

When ABS goes wrong, failure code is read automatically, and then driver can see flash code immediately from ABS lamp.

2、故障码只用一位数N,用于指示故障部位。N=1—4分别表示:左前、右前、右后、左后。也就是

说,从左前开始顺时针数:左前1、右前2、右后3、左后4,非常好记。

A one-digit number N is used as failure code to indicate position of failure. N=1—4 indicate left front, right front, right rear and left rear. That is to say, it reads clockwise from left front: left front 1, right front 2, right rear 3 and left rear 4, very easily to be remembered.

3、用ABS灯“快闪”(一亮一灭为0.5秒, 闪烁较快)表示轮速传感器类故障。亮灭N次后,间隔

1.2秒重复下去称为“快闪N”。例如,快速地反复亮灭2次,即“快闪2”就是右前轮速传感器

有故障。

ABS lamp “fast flash” (it flashes quickly, 0.5 second for a lighting and die-out) indicates failure like wheel speed sensor. After N time lighting and die-out, it is called “fast flash N” if it is repeated with an interval of

1.2 second. For instance, when it is lighted and put out fast and repeatedly for 2 times, namely “fast flash 2”,

it indicates something has gone wrong with right front wheel speed sensor.

4、用ABS灯“慢闪”(一亮一灭为1.5秒, 闪烁较慢)表示压力调节器类故障,。亮灭N次后,间隔

2.4秒重复下去称为“慢闪N”。例如,缓慢地反复亮灭2次,即“慢闪2”就是右前调节器有故

障。ABS lamp “slow flash” (it flashes slowly, 1.25 second for a lighting and die-out) indicates failure like pressure adjuster. After N time lighting and die-out, it is called “slow flash N” if it is repeated with an interval of 2.4 second. For instance, when it is lighted and put out slowly and repeatedly for 2 times, namely “slow flash 2”, it indicates something has gone wrong with right front adjuster.

5、用ABS灯长亮(亮时间为∞)表示电子控制器(ECU)有故障或没有插入ECU。

When ABS lamp is kept in lighted state (time of lighting ∞), it indicates ECU has not been inserted, or it has some trouble, or ABS lamp driver board is damaged. Pull out the ECU, connect B2 and B3 of ECU26 cores plug B. If ABS lamp winks, it indicates ECU is out of order; If ABS lamp is still lighted, it indicates ABS lamp

driver board is damaged.

6、用ABS灯“快闪7”表示电源故障,电压低或保险断。

ABS lamp “fast flash 7” indicates failure of power supply, low voltage or fuse broken.

上述闪码既简单又包含了ABS的全部重要故障,而且已精确到具体的某一个部位,对于保正制动系统安全和排除故障已足够。

Above-stated flash codes are simple but contain all key failures of ABS, which is so exact that it can specifically indicate a position. It is sufficient to ensure safety of braking system and eliminate troubles.

8. ABS故障诊断接口和故障诊断仪Interface of ABS Failure Diagnosis and Diagnosing Device

聚能ABS有一个用于连接故障诊断仪的接口,通过DJ7032-2.0-21三芯连接器与ABS故障诊断仪相连。聚能ABS故障诊断仪有电脑诊断仪和便携式诊断仪两种。

Juneng ABS is provided with an interface used to connect failure diagnosing device, which is linked up with ABS failure diagnosing device through DJ7032-2.0-21 3-core connector. Juneng failure diagnosing device is divided into 2 types, computer-based diagnosing device and portable diagnosing device.

电脑诊断仪能接收ECU发送出的一系列故障代码,然后把它们翻译成故障部位和故障内容,以汉字显示在电脑屏幕上。例如:左前轮速传感器开路、右前轮速传感器与齿圈间隙过大、右后隔离电磁阀开路、左后卸压电磁阀开路,等等。可以把所有故障全部显示出来。另外,电脑诊断仪还能接收ECU发送出来的各个车轮的速度数据,以轮速-时间曲线显示在电脑屏幕上,对于诊断轮速传感器的故障十分准确。此外,还可用于分析ABS的制动效果和无ABS时汽车的制动性能。

Computer-based diagnosing device is able to receive a series failure codes transmitted by ECU, then it translates them into failure positions and failure content, being displayed in characters on computer screen, for instance, open circuit of left front wheel speed sensor, too big clearance between right front wheel speed sensor and gear ring, open circuit of right rear separation electromagnetic valve and left rear decompression electromagnetic valve, etc. All failures may be displayed. In addition, the computer-based diagnosing device is also capable of receiving speed data of each wheel transmitted from ECU, displayed on computer screen by way of wheel speed-time curve, thus to achieve a very exact diagnosis of failure in wheel speed sensor. Besides, it can be also used to analyze braking effect of ABS and braking performance of a vehicle without ABS.

便携式诊断仪也是接收ECU发送出的一系列故障代码,然后把它们翻译成故障部位和故障内容,以汉字显示在液晶屏上。它也能把所有故障全部显示出来,只是因液晶屏小,一屏只显4个故障内容,其余的按“下一个”键后显示。另外,它也能显示ECU发送出来的各个车轮的速度数据,以左前xxx Km/h, 右前xxx Km/h, 右后xxx Km/h, 左后xxx Km/h显示在液晶屏上。汽车行驶中这些数值不断变化,如果某一车轮的数值低于其它车轮的数值,误差超过10%时将以“???”代替轮速数值,这对于分析轮速传感器方面的故障很有帮助。

Portable diagnosing device is also used to receive a series failure codes transmitted by ECU, then it translates them into failure positions and failure content, displayed in characters on liquid crystal screen. It is also able to

display all failures, but, because of its small crystal screen, only 4 items of failure content can be displayed once on screen, if there are more than 4 items, the next 4 items will be displayed automatically 5 seconds later. In addition, it is also able to display speed data of each wheel sent from ECU, with left front xxx Km/h, right front xxx Km/h, right rear xxx Km/h, and left rear xxx Km/h being displayed on liquid crystal screen. During driving of vehicle, these numerical values change continuously. If numerical value of a wheel is lower than that of others, with error over 10%, “??” will be displayed behind the numerical value of wheel speed. This is very useful for analyzing failure of wheel speed sensor.

9. ABS使用注意事项Matters Needing Attention for Using ABS

9.1 起步前,观察ABS故障指示灯是否正常显示.

Before start-up, observe if ABS failure indicator is displayed in normal condition

9.2 ABS故障指示灯在任何情况下出现闪烁, 表明ABS系统发生故障,此时ECU会自动切断对压力调节器的供电。使制动管路直接经压力调节器到达制动气室,保持原来的制动系统。ABS将不起作用。由于无ABS,制动过猛时,车轮抱死,所以应小心驾驶,湿滑路面更应小心。

If ABS failure indication light flickers in any situation, it indicates that something has gone wrong with ABS system. At this time, ECU will automatically switch off power supply to pressure adjuster, so that braking pipes can reach braking air room directly through pressure adjuster, with original braking system unchanged. Then ABS will not act. Because of no ABS, wheel may be locked when too sudden braking is applied. Accordingly, care must be taken to drive vehicle, especially driving on wet road surface.

9.3汽车制动时有ABS参与控制,车辆的制动稳定性会大大改善,但ABS并不能改变道路固有的物理状况(例如把湿滑路面变为干燥路面,凹凸路面改为平坦路面),所以仍应谨慎驾车,注意安全。

With ABS control for braking, braking stability of a vehicle can be improved greatly. However, ABS cannot change inherent physical status of road (for instance, changing wet road surface into a dry one, and changing concave and protruding road surface into an even one), so care must be also taken to drive a vehicle and pay attention to safety.

9.4驾驶有ABS的汽车,如遇紧急情况时制动不要频踩刹车(点刹)。应一脚将制动踏板踩死。

When driving a vehicle with ABS, do not frequently step brake (point braking) when an emergency takes place, instead, step the braking pedal to the end at once.

9.5 ABS系统若发生故障,请及时与本公司联系,或到公司在当地的维修点进行修理。
