2017年第22期英语教师 引言 阅读是接受语言信息的一种非常重要的途径,因此在语言学习过程中,阅读是一种重要的方式。在小学英语教学中,对阅读的文字形式进行灵活变换,能够有效调动学生阅读的积极性。绘本是通过文字和图片之间的交互作用来演绎的一个个小故事,并渗透特定的情感和主题。《跟上兔子》小学英语系列绘本将文字和图案很好地结合在一起,满足了小学生的阅读需求。基于绘本阅读的英语教学,为学生勾勒出了一个生活化、趣味化以及实践化的情景,让他们参与学习,进而提升他们对于英语文本阅读的兴趣,提高其英语阅读能力,从而推进小学素质化英语教育进程。 一、小学英语绘本特征和小学生认知特征 绘本,从一定意义上来讲,是由前后相连的多幅图片呈现一个完整故事情节或者是整个故事的书籍。在欧美国家,绘本阅读被广泛运用,而我国对于绘本阅读的研究处于起步阶段,最近几年,绘本阅读才在英语课堂上被广泛推广(祁慧2017)。要保证英语绘本阅读教学长期开展,就需要教师确保学生的阅读时间,每一周或者间隔一周给学生安排一次绘本阅读课,让学生在日积月累中逐步提升英语素养。下面,笔者从英语绘本特征和小学生认知特征两个方面分析小学英语绘本阅读教学的意义。 (一)英语绘本特征 1.直观化 英语绘本主要是通过大量的图案来阐述自己的观点。绘本是通过图片更加直观地反映出文本的大概意思。图片能够有效吸引学生的注意力,使他们在阅读过程中及时有效地了解绘本所表述的信息,从而激发他们对英语绘本的阅读兴趣。 2.生活化 英语绘本所表述的内容涉及的知识面较为广泛,题材各异,且大部分的故事内容都来源于生活,容易让学生接受和记住。与此同时,英语绘本中的很多内容都是对西方人生活习惯的反映,这对学生了解西方文化、接受世界文化的多样性有很大帮助,同时也能为学生日后的英语学习奠定良好的基础。 3.故事化 英语绘本基本上是通过讲述故事来呈现英语知识点的。这样,学生在阅读时就会为了有趣的故事内容而阅读,而不是单纯地为了了解和学习相关的语法和词汇知识,这更容易激发学生的阅读兴趣,强化他们对绘本故事中所包含知识的理解,以延伸其对英语绘本的学习和记忆。 小学英语绘本阅读教学探究 —— —以《跟上兔子》小学英语系列绘本为例 费珊琳 【摘要】分析绘本的含义、英语绘本的特征以及绘本阅读教学方法。以《跟上兔子》小学英语系列绘本教学为例,从带着问题,把握阅读整体;结合语境,品味语言含义;发挥想象,延伸绘本内 容;组织活动,强化阅读体验四个方面探究小学英语绘本阅读教学策略。 【关键词】小学英语;绘本阅读;阅读能力;《跟上兔子》 116ENGLISH TEACHERS
