民间休闲体育项目融入小学阳光体育运动的创新构想

【摘要】本文以国家提出的阳光体育运动为切入点，通过文献资料法、归纳总结法等论证，提出了将民间休闲体育融入小学阳光体育活动课，既丰富小学校园阳光体育运动的

内容，又提高学生对阳光体育活动课的兴趣，亦使当地的民间休闲体育项目得到传承，从

而缓解中国民间休闲体育逐渐边缘化的趋势，达到双赢之效果。

Abstract: By taking the Sunshine Sports Project as the breakthrough point while applying literature and data method, inductive summary method and other research

methods to make a demonstration, this paper proposes integrating folk leisure sports

in the Sunshine Sports activity course in primary schools. Folk leisure sports not

only enrich the contents of the Sunshine Sports Project in primary school campus,

but also improve students’ interest in sports activity course. Besides, it can also

help local folk leisure sports events be inherited so as to ease the trend of gradual

marginalization of Chinese folk leisure sports and achieve win-win results.

引言

随着近年来全球文化交流日益增多，文化渗透的速度加剧，我国的传统民间休闲体育文化也面临着各种各样的冲击。尤其是一些欠发达地区土生土长的民间体育，正陷入边缘化的危机中。而通过查阅大量的资料发现，根据新课改保证每天锻炼一小时的要求，各个小学都在积极落实课改的要求。但在具体实施时，出现了阳光体育运动内容形式不够丰富、学生兴趣不高、师资力量缺乏、设备不够完善等一些问题。针对以上问题，如何同时解决民间休闲体育的流失问题和小学阳光体育中出现的问题，是本研究需要研究的课题。
