自主探究学习能力培养探讨与实践

摘要：任职教育士官学员普遍存在自主探究学习能力不足的问题，对此，以《计算机应用基础》课程为例，提出通过课程教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面的一系列改革，适度引入探究教学，激发学员学习兴趣，培养学员的学习主动性和探究学习能力，进而提升教学效果。

Abstract：Against Vocational education Cadets’ insufficient self-learning ability， taking "computer application foundation" course as an example， the paper puts forward a series of reform through the course of teaching content， teaching methods and assessment methods， taking appropriate introduction of inquiry teaching，to stimulate students’ interest in learning， and cultivate the students' initiative in learning and inquiry learning ability， and then enhance the teaching effect.

自主探究学习是当今教学改革所提倡的一种教学方式。该方式要求学员要做课堂的主人，教员则充当教学的引导者，在教员的引导下学员发挥主观能动性，主动探究问题，获取知识。

任职学员具备较强的自主探究学习能力不仅有利于其专业课程知识的学习和综合能力的提升，而且对于学员自身潜能挖掘和未来的岗位职业发展也大有帮助。目前，任职教育士官学员限于学历层次较低、思想上重实训轻教学等原因，教学过程中，士官学员普遍存在自主学习意识淡薄、探究学习能力不足的现象。如何培养并提高学员的自主探究能力促进知识、能力、素质的全面提升是所有教育工作者值得深思的问题。
