The Singapore Merlion (鱼尾狮) is welcoming all visitors to Singapore. It is located (位于) at Merlion Park, in front of the Fullerten Hotel, facing the beautiful Marina Bay (滨海湾).

The Singapore Merlion is 8.6 meters high and weighs as heavy as 70 tons (吨), with the head of a lion and the body of a fish. The Merlion’s history can go back to Singapore’s ancient times.
