提升国内边远地区开放教育教学质量探微摘要在简介边远地区开放教育教学质量建设背景之后，从学员的内部学习动机、教师的基本素质和教学态度以及管理者的服务理念三方面，分析影响边远地区开放教育教学质量的因素和相应的解决措施，从而为提升边远地区开放教育教学质量提供建设性的参考。

abstract after simply introducing the construction background about the open education teaching quality of remote areas in this paper， the factors and the corresponding measures that influencing the teaching quality of open education in remote areas are respectively explained from three aspects that are students’ inner learning motivation，teachers’ basic quality and teaching attitude and the service philosophy of the manager in open university ， so as to provide constructive reference for promoting the open education teaching quality in remote areas.
