Nowadays,more and more youths don't work ,and spend most of the day in other meaningless things.Some sociologists call them "Lost Generation".I agree with that.I do think that they are not only wasted on their time but also their lives.
"To treasure time is to do meaningful things"is an old Chinese saying.It tells us that never do meaningless things which would kill time.It seems like a satire.How many youths can say that they've been still remembering it and doing according to it?Probably only few .For example,a "fashion"civil female is fond of going shopping.She can spend nearly several whole afternoons and most of her salary on it.Moreover,only few of it is necessary for her life.Why could she do that?partly thanks to the nature,primarily because she don't know how to schedule her time and what she should do.
Besides wasting time,more seriously problem is that youths are wasted on their lives.It has been a global problem.For example,some youths like hanging out,some like playing games,others are interested in club life.They have a common feature,they all couldn't find the real themselves.As they are young,they can do something that they couldn't do when they are old.They should use their advantage—young to learn more knowledge .You know ,knowledge is the key to gain wealth,and it's also the way to improve ourselves.And they can take a travel around the world to see many different great cultures which our ancestors created.
In sum,youth should do some meaningful thing in order to never waste their young.
