3个月宝宝的营养需求 ３月龄的宝宝依然以乳类喂养为主。若用母乳喂哺，每公斤体重只需蛋白质２克；若用牛乳喂养则需３.５克；若用黄豆制品喂养则需用４克。因为３种蛋白质的质量不同，母乳优于牛乳，牛乳优于黄豆蛋白。 乳类和黄豆的蛋白质和脂肪量已能满足宝宝的需要，但牛乳的乳糖较低，黄豆内缺乏乳糖，需要补充。母乳和牛乳所含钙的量已符合营养需要，但黄豆缺乏钙，需要补充。母乳、牛乳缺乏铁，但３个月龄的宝宝依然能够利用胎内储存的铁，不会缺乏。但是由于母乳、牛乳、豆类都缺乏维生素Ｄ，因此３月龄的宝宝依然需要补给维生素Ｄ，因此需要坚持给宝宝补充鱼肝油。母乳内维生素Ｂ、Ｃ含量依照母亲的饮食内含量多少而上下浮动，但一般说来容易缺乏维生素Ｃ。而牛乳的维生素Ｂ的含量较丰富，但经过制作和消毒大多数维生素Ｃ失去效用，因而3月大的宝宝需要补充维生素C，所以要注意在两顿奶中间喂一些水果汁、绿叶菜汁、番茄汁和鲜水果泥等。这些食品中均有较丰富的维生素C，但要注意制做这些食品要用新鲜水果蔬菜，现做现吃，既要注意卫生，又要避免过多地破坏维生素C。 同时由于3个月大的宝宝唾液分泌增加，可再添加些乳儿糕或米粉，调成糊状，用小匙喂给宝宝吃，从而补充奶中不足的营养素，还可以锻炼婴儿的胃肠功能，为以奶为主食过渡到以粮食为主食做好准备，为断奶打好基础。

4个月宝宝的营养需求 婴儿在这一时期里生长发育是很迅速的，食量增加。当然每个孩子因胃口、体重等差导异，食入量也有很大差别。做父母的，不但要注意到奶量多少，而且还要注意奶的质量高低。母乳喂养要注意提高奶的质量。第4个月是孩子脑细胞发育的第二个高峰期，也是身体各个方面发育生长的高峰，营养的好坏关系到今后的智力和身体发育，因此一定要提高母乳的质量。 4个月的孩子除了吃奶以外，要逐渐增加半流质的食物，为以后吃固体食物做准备。婴儿随年龄增长，胃里分泌的消化酶类增多，可以食用一些淀粉类半流质食物，先从1－2匙开始，以后逐渐增加，孩子不爱吃就不要喂，千万不能勉强。 4个月的孩子容易出现贫血，这是因为从母体带来的微量元素铁，已经消耗掉，如果日常食物比较单一，便跟不上身体生长的需要。因此要在辅食中添加些富含铁质的食物，如蛋黄、鱼泥、鸡鸭血等，调入乳儿糕或米糊中。 为补充4个月孩子体内维生素C的需要，除了继续给孩子吃水果汁和新鲜蔬菜水以外，还可以做一些菜泥和水果泥喂孩子。在各种蔬菜中，胡萝卜是宝宝最理想的蔬菜，胡萝卜营养丰富，是合成人体内维生素A的主要来源，可做成胡萝卜泥给宝宝食用。
