一、教学内容与分析

1. Task 5: Listen, read and write.

本部分通过听并填写单词的形式为大家展示了野餐、动物展和农场三个场景。学生在听的过程中尝试着将所缺信息补充完整。教师引导学生注意单词拼写以及上一课中提到的听力填写技巧。

2. Task 6: Role-play the three dialogues in pairs or in groups.

本部分是任务5活动的延续。学生在教师的指导下分组进行角色表演。通过会话活动强化练习有关野餐、动物展和农场三个场景的功能句型和词汇，以及如何正确表达。同时通过与同伴之间的配合进行角色表演，培养学生与人合作的意识。

3. Task 7: Listen, write and talk.

本部分内容是听后将表格补充完整。由于内容量较大，教师应注重指导学生的听力策略。例如，听前将信息归纳为人物、节日、物品和送谁这四类。通过填写表格，鼓励学生将表格中的“每个人物在何时向何人送何种礼物”进行完整表达。

4. Task 8: Listen, read and write.

通过听录音来补充Things for Hope School这段文字中所缺的内容。需要补充的内容都是学校里常见的设施等词语，同时巩固关于“学具”这一话题的重点词汇。

二、课前准备

教师准备音频或电脑，以及任务5、任务7和任务8这三部分的音频文件。在课上相应环节给学生播放音频材料。

三、教学步骤与建议

1. 热身/复习(Warm-up / Revision)

教师为学生出有关Food and drink, Animals, Stationery的单词卡片，如果条件允许可以做成PPT图文并茂的为学生展现单词。让学生看到图片后大声说出来。第一遍匀速，第二遍快速。让学生进行头脑风暴式的旧知激活。

2. 呈现学习任务(Presentation)

1) Task 5: Listen, read and write.

本环节有三个听力内容，On a picnic, At an animal show和At the farm。集中的听力活动是教师培养学生听力技巧的最佳时机。

Step 1：教师引导学生自主观察On a picnic部分的文字与图片。试着猜测答案。

Step 2：教师播放录音。引导学生快速填写答案。（此技巧在上一课时已经渗透。教师应继续培养。）

Step 3：教师让同学读句子，逐句核对答案。必要时将答案写在黑板上。避免学生的拼写错误。

Step 4：教师引导学生两人一组读一读At an animal show部分的文字与图片。两人交流想法并试着猜测可能会出现的答案。

Step 5：教师播放录音。引导学生填写答案。根据本班学生情况播放适当的次数。

Step 6：教师让同学分角色读出句子，逐句核对答案。让学生在读的时候注意体会感悟角色语言。必要时教师将答案写在黑板上。避免学生的拼写错误。

Step 7：教师引导学生四人一组读一读At the farm部分的文字与图片。同学们在小组内交流想法并试着填写答案。

Step 8：教师让学生以组为单位汇报自己小组所填写的答案。引发全班讨论。教师不公布答案。

Step 9：教师播放听力材料，让学生核对自己的答案。

Step 10：教师对这三个片段的听力进行总结。

补充说明：此听力环节内容多，涵盖面广。教师采用上述10个步骤，3种方式进行不同策略的培养。在完成较多听力活动的时候，注意形式的多样化，可以使活动方式不单一、不枯燥。教师在梳理知识点的过程中要照顾到全体学生的能力与差异，既要有个体的活动，也要有小组的活动，确保全员参与，同时突出实效性。

2) Task 6: Role-play the three dialogues in pairs or in groups.

教师让学生从三个场景中选择喜欢的话题展开角色表演。根据所选话题的不同，分组可以两人一组、三人一组或四人一组。分组的方式要根据所选的话题来决定。

学生在表演对话的时候，教师适当地进行语言和语境支持，如通过PPT出示背景画面及主句型等。

3) Task 7: Listen, write and talk.

教师引导学生观察任务7部分给出的信息有哪些。然后引导学生看表格，看能否依据第一行表格的信息回答What day? What gifts? For whom? 这三个问题。根据问题将表格信息归纳为人物、节日、物品和送谁这四类。当学生对表格的意图已经明确时，教师播放听力材料。

本部分通过听将表格补充完整。由于听力内容较多，教师应注意指导学生运用合理的听力策略。在填写完毕后，教师鼓励学生将表格中的“每个人物在何时送何人何种礼物”进行完整表达。

4) Task 8: Listen, read and write.

在进行本环节的听力之前，教师可以让学生们回顾一下校园和教室里都会有什么样的设施，从而激活已学的旧知。然后教师播放听力内容，学生通过听录音来补充Things for Hope School这段文字中所缺的内容。此时主要目的是巩固“学具”这一话题的重点词汇。

听力结束后，教师提示学生可以借鉴这段文字来介绍自己的学校和教室。按照自己学校和教室的实际情况进行改编，有能力的同学可以不局限于书上的句子，而是可以自创。具体语言支持如下：

3. 语言运用(Language use)

活动内容：介绍我的学校。就本课时的Things for Hope School这段文字继续展开语言活动。

活动方式：以会话的形式进行交际互动。最终以小组的形式在班级里展示。

活动建议：可以用采访的形式进行问答。角色分为来参观学校的电台记者和本校负责接待的学生。

具体语言支持如下：

S: Hello! Nice to meet you! Welcome to my school.

TV reporter: Hello! Nice to meet you, too!

S: I’m Tom. I’m in Class 1, Grade 6. Let’s me show you around our school.

TV reporter: OK, Tom. Thank you.

S: Look. This is our music classroom. We often have music classes here.

TV reporter: How many music classes do you have in a week?

S: We have three.

TV reporter: What’s your favorite subject?

S: I like English.

TV reporter: Oh, you must be good at it.

教师可以制作一张任务单。让将上面的框架打印在任务单上，让学生2?3人一组自由组合，进行互相采访。看哪组同学将自己学校介绍得更细致，语言运用得更精彩。

当一组学生上前进行会话表演的时候，教师还可以及时询问其他学生；How many questions did the TV reporter ask? What are they? 等问题。这对于聆听的学生来说，又是一种学习策略的引导。教师这样做的目的是有意识地帮助学生形成适合自己的学习策略，学生在聆听别人讲述方法的过程中不断调整自己的问答句使用方式。教师对学生们的良好表现予以肯定。在这个过程中，教师要及时引导学生如何进行友好提问。

4. 课堂评价(Assessment)

1) 对语言知识与技能的评价

教师要注意对学生掌握本课的语言知识和语言技能等情况进行评价。在学生发言之后，尤其是进行综合性阐述的时候，教师的言语评价应该具体而有针对性。

2) 情感态度的评价

注意在实施本课教学时，对学生的情感态度、学习策略等表现进行肯定和鼓励，可在学生完成上述活动后，通过教师评价、学生评价和小组评价等形式综合进行。

5. 拓展活动(Extended activities)

1) 课内活动

教师为学生提供更多的宽松的语言环境，让学生介绍自己的学校或班级，并尝试介绍自己最喜欢学校或班级的哪个地方，让学生感受到自己生活中能运用到英语做事情的地方有很多。教师积极鼓励学生开口表达，在这样的活动中予以正向评价。教师多提供展示的机会，鼓励全体学生参与。

2) 课外延伸

本单元的活动中的话题十分接近学生的日常生活。教师可以鼓励学生通过书籍或网络获取更多关于此类内容的词汇，为下节课做准备。髙年级的孩子的逻辑思维比较强，写作能力已经达到一定水平，教师可以给学生适当的机会，鼓励他们将本节课的所学以作文的方式进行梳理。在下节课时，给学生们“美文欣赏”的机会。
