摘要：本文介绍了可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的工作原理，对目前常见的工业生产流行线结构进行了简单的介绍，并以药品装瓶生产线为基础，系统介绍了PLC在工业流水线的自动控制系统的应用，实际表明PLC控制系统能够达到生产所提出的速度和效率要求。并且PLC控制系统具有良好的扩展性和通用性。

Abstract: this paper introduces the programmable logic controller (PLC) of the working mechanism, the most common industrial production popular line structure simply introduced, and medicine bottle production line as the foundation, the system introduced PLC in the industrial assembly line of the application of automatic control system, the actual show that PLC control system can achieve production speed and efficiency of the proposed requirements. And PLC control system has good expansibility and universal.

可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)具有结构简单、编程方便、性能优越、灵活通用、使用方便、可靠性高、搞干扰能力强等到一系列优点，在工业生产过程自动控制领域得到了广泛应用。所以，掌握PLC技术是改造传统生产工艺和设备的重要途径。

1PLC的工作原理

PLC由CPU、存储器、输入/输出接口、编程器等各部分组成，各个组成部分完成各自相对独立的功能，最后由PLC控制程序将各部分联系起来，完成各种需求的功能[1~5]。
