天津地铁信号楼段\场管理策略

摘要：地铁作为城市轨道交通的重要组成部分，已经得到广大市民的认可。而随着客流量的逐渐提升，也对承担着指挥列车日常收发和安排施工管理的段、场内的信号楼工作提出了更高的要求。本文以信号楼的日常工作为立脚点，并结合天津地铁几年来信号楼内所处理的各种事件及事故的相关经验，从信号楼职责、行车管理接口工作现状、安全预防措施等几个方面，逐步进行阐述，为更好地发挥信号楼的协调指挥作用，提高工作效率避免出错率提供积极参考。

1．信号楼职责浅析

负责车辆（电动客车、轨道车）的调度和停放。

负责车辆段/停车场轨旁行车设备施工/检修作业计划的组织。

负责接、发列车计划及调车计划的编制。

负责车辆段接触轨/停车场的停送电管理。

负责根据控制中心的调度指令组织执行。

负责在车辆段发生各种事故或异常情况时，采取及时、适当的措施，尽快恢复行车。

由上不难看出，信号楼主要是负责指挥车辆在检修基地，即车辆段/停车场内的运行及日常收发车，和在车辆段/停车场内的施工安排等工作等。在保障地铁运行的行车工作中，有指挥正线列车运行的行调，负责全线环境的环调，和在各车站中指挥列车的值班员等。信号楼从中是起着承上起下的作用，它要在安排好段场内正常生产作业的前提下，直接接受行调指挥，并和车站的值班员有业务
