1. Today, as in every other day of the year, more than 3,000 U.S. adolescents will smoke their first cigarette on their way to becoming regular smokers as adults. 兰州大学本科专业“主干基础课程教学团队”建设方案 （试行） 一、建设目的 坚持走以提高本科教学质量为核心的内涵式发展道路，促进教师教学发展，加快课堂教学改革，推动文化育人、实践育人、合作育人，建设一批国际有影响的、国内一流的教学团队。 优化管理机制，加强团队合作和共同成长，注重本科教学基本组织和基础工作的建设，着力解决本科教学和人才培养中的各种难题，搭建教师事业发展的平台。 开发教学资源，加强教学研讨和经验交流，聚焦专业特色优势和专业管理规范建设，推进教学工作的传帮带和老、中、青年教师相结合，提高整体育人实力。 二、建设内容 （一）制度建设 重视质量管理、内涵发展，探索并建立教学团队运行管理制度，如集体备课、教案撰写、公开课评议、经验交流、课程体系及标准建设，以及自我督导、评估、激励机制等。 （二）师资队伍建设 团队负责人必须满足以下条件：坚持在教学一线为本科生授课的教授；特别热爱教学工作，具有先进的教育教学思想；能长期致力于团队建设，品德高尚，治学严谨，富有团队协作精神和改革创新意识；具有较好的组织管理和沟通协调能力。一名教师只能负责一支专业主干基础课程教学团队。 以专业主干基础课程为建设平台，以相关课程主讲教师为核心成员，并配备合理的助教队伍，建立稳定的可持续发展的教学队伍；贯彻落实“兰州大学青年教师水平提升计划”，重视青年
