一、安全须知

I. Safety Tips

1．RQAC型系列组合式空调机组在设计规范内运行时能够得到安全保障和可靠的服务，由于机组在使用压力、电机接线及装置等各方面的原因，只有经过培训合格的安装员、操作工和维修技师才可以安装、操作和维修本设备。当在设备上工作时，必须遵守所有贴在机组上的标签所示的安全措施、操作手册上的安全说明以及其他任何适用的安全预防措施。

1. RQAC Serial combined AC units could perform safely and normally referring to the regulations. Considering the operating pressure, the motor wiring, the devices and other factors, it's strictly required to install, operate and repair the Machine only by the qualified technicians after training. When the Machine is working, it's also strictly required to abide by

all the safety means displayed on the label, the safety instructions on the Manual and any other applicable safety precautions.

2．遵守所有安全规范。

2. It's required to abide by all the safety regulations.

3．在搬运、组装和安置机组或机组内设备时须小心谨慎，先检查要搬运的机组或相关物品重量、尺寸，以确保能够安全地搬运，同时注意搬运对象上特殊的装置说明。

3. Please be careful when to move, assembly and place the devices or the units. It's necessary to check the weight and sizes of the units first for the safety operation. At the same time, please also pay attention to the special instructions of the devices or the units to be moved.

4．请勿在风机运转时进入机组。在维修机组之前应关闭机组并作出标记。

4. Please do not enter the units when the fan is running. It's necessary to turn off the units and make the mark before repairing.

5．进入机组之前必须先切断风机马达和喷淋水泵的电源，取下保险丝带在身边，并在电源控制板上挂“正在检修，请勿通电”的标牌。

5. Please switch off the power supply of fan motor and spraying pump first, and then remove the fuse and take it. It's also required to hang the label of "On repairing, don't switch on the power please" on the power control panel.

6．空调机组内部的低压照明电源为交流36 V，严禁使用其它电源代替。

6. The low-voltage lighting power inside the AC units is AC 36V. It's strictly forbidden to replace by any other power supply.

二．安装

II. Installation

机组的安装与施工，请严格按照GB50243-2002《通风与空调工程施工质量验收规范》执行。

Please strictly refer to GB50243-2002 "Ventilation & Air Conditioning " for the installation and engineering of the units.

1. 安装前的准备

1. Preparation before Installation

（1）熟悉和审查各相关图纸和技术文件资料，并对照图纸和相关技术文件，检查机组安装位置及基础尺寸是否符合要求。

(1) Check and know about the related drawings and technical documents, and

check whether the installation position and foundation sizes is accordance with those drawings and technical documents.

（2）确认待安装机组组成设备、材料的型号规格及随机配件、附件均符合订货合同，并且质量合格。

(2) Confirm the to-be-installed units, devices, models, specifications and the

spare parts are accordance with the purchasing contract, and with good quality.

（3）准备好起重、搬运设备、安装工具及其它必要的材料。

(3) Prepare the lifting, moving and installing tools and any other necessary

materials.

（4）协调好与土建、水、电及风管各工程项目的安装进度，以利整个系统的顺利完工。

(4) Coordinate with other civil, water supply, power supply and piping works, so

as to complete the whole project smoothly.

2. 散件出厂现场组装机组的安装和交付

2. Site Assembly & Delivery of Parts Delivered in Bulks

对于较大规格、不带底板的MAC系列空调机组，荣泉公司采取将材料、设备发到施工方现场，进行现场安装施工，具体组织实施由荣泉公司专业安装施工队伍进行，机组安装工艺和规范，执行荣泉公司相关操作规程，现场安装完成，按照相关程序向业主交付。

For ZKW serial AC units with big specifications and without bottom plate, Ronquan company would choose the mode of delivering the materials and devices first and then installing and assembling at site, which could be done by the professional technicians of Ronquan Company. All the engineering should abide by the related regulations of Ronquan Company. The Machine would be delivered to the owner after completing the site installation.

3. 整机出厂机组的现场吊装和就位

3. Site Hoisting & Locating of Parts Delivered in Whole Set

A、机组的吊装

A. Site Hoisting

（1）在机组到达最终安装点之前，请勿打开机组的外包装。到达最终安装起点后，先开箱检查机组是否有运输过程中的损坏，如有损坏应及时确认并向运输者提出索赔，并且按照《产品装箱单》检查附件数量是否正确。

(1) Please do not open the package of the units before arriving at the final

assembling site. When it's arrived finally, please open the package and check

whether there's any damage on transportation first. Please claim on the carrier

for compensation if yes. Then, please check the quantities of parts and

accessories referring to "the Packing List".

（2）为了防止在起吊安装过程中损伤机组箱体，在用绳索进行吊装时，应将绳索放在机组底座上。确保机组外壳不承受任何外力，以免机组发生变形。（见图1-机组吊装示意图）

(2) In order to any damage to the units on hoisting, please put the rope on the

base of the units for hoisting so that the shell would not undertake any external force.

Then, the units would not transform accordingly. (referring to Drawing 1: Hoisting Schematic)

3．任何时候，起吊点不应该位于空调机组的侧面、顶面！

(3) The hoisting point should not be on the side face or top face of the units

anytime.

4．当采用滚筒搬运时，应至少使用三个长度大于机组宽度的滚筒。

(4) If carrying the units by roller, it would need at least 3 rollers with the length

more than the width of the units.

（5）吊装、搬运过程中必须小心轻放，注意安全。

(5) Please be careful and cautious on hoisting and carrying.

B、机组的就位

B. Site Locating

（1）机组安装的好坏，对于设备的运行和维护保养均有很大的影响。

(1) The installation quality of the units would influence the operation and

maintenance of the units greatly.

（2）机组应安置在合适的基础上，安装基础建议采用以下两种形式，基础应调整好水平度并具有足够的支承强度。（见图 2-机组安装基础示意图所示）

(2) The units should be placed on the proper foundation. It's advised to take the

following modes to install the foundation. It's necessary to adjust the flatness of

the foundation properly for the enough supporting strength. (referring to Drawing

Remarks:

二、H- units is with the max. Negative pressure of P/10+50mm.

三、The min. value of H should be no less than 100mm.

四、The flatness of leveling layer/concrete foundation is 1/1000.

（3）机组的基础四周应留有足够的维修空间（见图3-维修空间示意图），以便对机组进行日常检视和定期维修保养。维修空间要确保空调机组内风机、电机、表冷器、加热器、风阀等设备进出空调机组。

(3) There should be enough space remained around the foundation (referring to

Drawing 3: Repairing Space Schematic) for regular inspection and periodical

repairing and maintenance. The space should be big enough for fan, motor,

cooler , heater, valves and other devices moving in and out the units.

（4）机组安装应根据图纸将所有功能段箱体按顺序放置于基础上，对于防震要求较高的场合，应在机组与基础之间放置减震垫，减震垫一般为天然橡胶板，厚度为10mm 以上。

(4) For the units installation, please refer to the drawing and place all the bodys

in order on the foundation. It's necessary to place the cushion blocking (generally

the natural rubber sheet, with the thickness over 10mm) between the units and

the foundation where the anti-shock requirement is strict.

（5）若机组采用天花板内吊装，必须设备吊装平台，平台尺寸必须大于机组并考虑维修空间，平台调整好水平度，机组安装平稳，并且不得承受外装水管和风管的重量。

(5) If the units is hoisted indoors, it would be necessary to prepare the hoisting

platform, with the sizes more than the units (considering the repairing space). Adjust the flatness of the platform properly and install the units stably. In addition, the platform should not undertake any exterior pipes and ducts.

（6）若需在机组顶部安装或操作时，必须站在框架上，不可站在面板上。

(6) If it's required to install or operate the units on the top, please stand on the

frame instead of on the panel.

（7）干蒸汽加湿器用角铁支架和法兰分别将加湿器本体和喷管固定在加湿段面板上，其安装见图7-蒸汽加湿器安装示意图所示，加湿器的喷汽方向为逆气流，并在出汽处加装疏水器。

(7) For the humidifier, the humidifier body and the nozzle are fixed on the panel

of humidifying section by angle iron frame and flange separately (referring to Drawing 7: Steam Humidifier Installing Schematic). The spraying steam of humidifier is reverse flow. And the trap is installed at the steam outlet.

4. 机组与风系统的安装与连接

4. Installation & Connection of Units & Air System

请根据机组风量和机组静压选择合适的风管。风管规格、材质、保温情况等由风管施工单位保证。

Please select the proper duct based on the air flow and the static pressure of the units. The duct specifications, materials and thermal insulation are on the responsibilities of the duct contracting unit.

注意：出风管从机组出风口到连接弯曲管之前，应保持至少二倍出风口长边尺寸的直管，否则会造成额外的风压损失。

Note: For air outlet duct, the distance between the air outlet and the bent pipe connection should be at least 2 times of the longer side of the air outlet. And this part

should be straight so as to avoid any additional air pressure lost.

（1）机组进、出风管安装风量调节阀门，以便于系统调试，使风量、风压适当。

机组进、出风口与进、出风管应使用软连接。

(1) The air flow control valves are installed on the inlet and outlet ducts so as to

be convenient for system commission to achieve the proper air flow and

pressure. The connection between the inlet & outlet and the inlet duct & outlet

duct should be the soft connect.

（2）机组不得承担外接管道的重量，所有进、出风管应设法支承和固定。

(2) The units should not undertake the weight of exterior pipes. All the inlet and

outlet ducts should be supported and fixed accordingly.

（3）安装管路时必须考虑机组维修时风机、电机、表冷器、加热器、风阀等设备进出机组所需的空间。

(3) For pipeline installation, it's necessary to take into account the space for

repairing fan, motor, cooler, heater, valves and other devices.

5. 机组与水汽管路系统的安装与连接

5. Installation & Connection of Units and Water-and-Steam System

所有管道系统的安装与连接必须遵守所在地的地方法规。

The installation and connection of all pipelines system should abide by the local laws and rules.

（3）表冷器（通热水时为加热器）的最高使用压力应不超过1.6MPa，其进出水管间采用管螺纹或法兰连接，管螺纹上应缠绕生料带，其水管连接形式为“下进上出”。

(1) Cooler (heater when supplying with hot water) is with the max. Working

pressure of no more than 1.6MPa. The inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are with the

threaded connection or flange connection. The pipe thread should be winded

with thread seal tape. The connecting mode is "upper inlet & lower outlet".

（4）蒸汽加热器最高使用压力不超过1.4MPa，其进出汽管间采用管螺纹或法兰连接，其进汽为“上进下出”，出汽处应加装疏水器。（见图6-蒸汽加热器进出汽管安装示意图）

(2) The steam heater is with the max. working pressure of not exceeding 1.4MPa.

The inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are with the threaded connection or flange connection. The steam-in mode is "upper inlet & lower outlet", and the steam outlet should be equipped with traps. (referring to Drawing 6: Steam-Heater Inlet & Outlet Pipes Installing Schematic)

（5）机组进出水管均应安装调节阀门（冷凝排水管除外）用于调节流量和维修时切断水源。机组进出水管应采用保温措施。每个冷凝排水管上必须安装U 形水封，安装见图 2 中的 U 形水封安装示意图。

(3) The inlet and outlet pipes of the units should be equipped with the control

valves (except the condensate drain pipes) to adjust the flow and to cut down the

water supply on repairing. The inlet and outlet pipe should take the thermal

insulation measures. Each condensate drain pipe should be equipped with U-

shaped water sealing. Please refer to U-Shaped Water Sealing Installing

Schematic on Drawing 2.

（4）机组进出水管均应安装压力表和温度计，以监测水系统是否正常。

(4) The inlet and outlet pipes of the units should be equipped with the pressure

gauge and thermometer to supervise the water system.

6. 机组与电气控制系统的安装和连接

6. Installation & Connection of Units & Electric Control System

（1）所有电线的敷设必须遵守地方电力法规的规定，电线敷设前请根据机组铭牌上参数检查所用电源及电线是否符合要求。

(1) The wire laying should abide the local rules and regulations on power. Please

check the power supply and the wire with the parameters on the nameplate before wire laying.

（2）风机电机的电源接线盒位于风机段检修门一侧，接线时将来自现场并经开关隔离的电源线连接到机组的电机接线盒内。

(2) The power strip of the fan motor is at the side same as the repairing door.

Then connect the site power wire with switch insulation into the power strip.

（3）水泵电机的电源接线盒位于水泵外侧，便于检修。接线时将来自现场并经开关隔离的电源线连接到水泵电机的接线盒内。

(3) The power strip of the water pump motor is at the out side of the water pump,

easy for checking and repairing. Then connect the site power wire with switch insulation into the power strip.

（4）所有通过机组内部的电线的敷设必须通过穿线管，穿线管必须与空调基础、机组壳体等相对稳定的设备固定。

(4) All the inside wire laying should pass through the conduit, which should be

fixed with the foundation, the unit body or other relatively stable devices.

（5）电加热盘管的电线连接

热盘管的金属外壳接地必须良好。
