Meet the hilarious(搞笑) world leader look-a-likes from David Cameron（戴维·卡梅伦）to Barack Obama（巴拉克·奥巴马）If you ever bump in to Vladimir Putin （弗拉基米尔·普京）or Silvio Berlusconi （西尔维奥·贝卢斯科尼）in the street you might want to do a double take - as it could be one of their doppelgangers（面貌极相似的人）.

Barack Obama（巴拉克?奥巴马）美国民主党籍政治家，第44任美国总统，为第一位非裔美国总统，同时拥有黑（卢欧族）白（英德爱混血）血统，于2008年初次当选美国总统，并于2012年成功连任。

David Cameron（戴维·卡梅伦）现任英国联合政府首相、第一财政大臣、公务员事务部部长和保守党党魁

Silvio Berlusconi （西尔维奥·贝卢斯科尼）前意大利总理，意大利知名政治家和企业家，传媒老板，AC米兰实际领导人和名誉主席

Francois Hollande（弗朗索瓦·奥朗德）现任法兰西共和国总统兼安道尔大公。1997年至2008年担任社会党第一书记。2012年在法国总统选举第二轮投票中击败萨科齐，当选法兰西共和国第24任总统，成为法国17年来第一位左翼总统。

Vladimir Putin （弗拉基米尔·普京）2000年当选为第2任俄罗斯总统，2004年赢得连任，2000年至2008年任总统期间，使俄罗斯在军事与政治实力上均有相当的提升，在民主方面遭到很多争议，是一位“铁腕总统”。2008年出任俄罗斯总理。2012年普京再度宣布参选总统，2012年3月5日普京再次胜出2012年俄罗斯总统选举，第二度当选俄罗斯总统。5月7日宣誓就任俄罗斯第四任总统，任期六年。

Perhaps the most famous one is Barack Obama, who has often been stopped and mistaken for Indonesian （印尼）photographer IlhamAnas(伊尔哈姆·阿纳斯).

But he is not the only world leader to have a look-a-like.
