分析工民建结构的抗震设计问题

摘要：现今的中国，城市化进程异常迅速，使得城市建筑的规模也不断扩大，因而，建筑工程的抗震能力在建筑质量的考核中显得尤为重要，也是关键的部分之一。在我国的建筑工程设计中，工民建结构的抗震一直作为重要课题之一，其在抗震研究中结构概念设计和抗震的提出为建筑结构的设计开拓了新思路，而且，在长期的工程实践中，也证明了结构概念设计所发挥的重要作用。针对工民建结构的抗震性能中所存在的问题、概念设计的必要性和重要性等方面，本文作了简单的论述，以便其能更好地在建筑工程中发挥效用，可以更进一步保证建筑的安全性等。

Abstract: in China today, exceptionally rapid urbanization process, make cities the size of the building also is expanding constantly, thus, the seismic resistance of construction engineering construction quality assessment in the appears especially important, also is one of the key. In our construction engineering design, the structure of the civil engineering has been one of the seismic as an important subject in its structure in seismic research concept design and puts forward the architecture of the seismic design of open up to new ideas, and, in the long-term of the engineering practice, is proof of concept structure design play an essential role. According to the structure of the civil engineering anti-seismic performance the existence of the problem, the necessity and importance of the concept design, this paper discusses the simple, so that it can better in building engineering function, can guarantee the safety of the building further.

一直以来，工民建结构抗震都是整个建筑工程设计中重要课题之一。随着我国人民生活水平普遍的提高和经济社会快速的发展，人们对于建筑结构的设计也提出了越来越高的要求，在原来建筑结构的设计的基础之上，更多的要求确保建筑良好的抗震性，所以，针对建筑结构的抗震设计模式现状，提出使用概念设计来完善结构设计的不足，这是当今建筑业的抗震设计中重要的改革。目前，在我国的工民建结构的抗震模式中大部分都是采用跟概念设计结合后再进行抗震设计的策略。所谓的概念设计就是从结构设计开始设计总体方案时，就运用人们在建筑结构的抗震模式中已有的经验和认识来更加深入的处理或避免结构设计中可能会出现的难题。从上世纪的七十年代开始，对历次的地震灾害总结的经验中，我国的建筑工作者逐渐认识到这样一个问题，即结构概念设计在建筑的结构抗震设计中是非常重要的一部分，也是不可或缺的一部分。
