甩掉Loser爸爸标签！哒哒英语倡导“爱，是陪伴”理念近来，笔者被一则谈论“loser爸爸”的微信文章击中了内心。文章大意是讲现在中国式教育下父爱缺席的常态，以及由此引发的一系列亲子教育问题。讲真，这个话题让我不由自主有了代入感。对比思考后，我陷入纠结中：到底什么样的爸爸不算Loser爸爸？我周边有几位父亲算得上“好父亲”？甚至，我一度将思考延展到了我爸身上。

首先，被叫做loser的感觉真的很不好，隔着屏幕我都能感受到，如果我爹看到这篇文章的焦虑和无奈。可仔细一想，除了与大多数父亲一样，对事业他很负责有能力，对朋友很讲义气有担当外，在家庭生活中，貌似每个爸爸的存在感实在低的可以。例如，我们只有在老妈电话打不通时，才会召唤爸爸，张嘴第一句却是：“爸啊，我妈呢？怎么不接电话…”

上学住校之后，我妈曾经偷偷和我说我爸想我想的喝醉酒哭，这一度让我也很伤感。但我一直感觉，我爸在家里就像个小孩，从我小时候就和我玩的特别好，我做错什么都不会说我半句，都总唠叨：女儿嘛，任性点也没什么不好。等到自己长大了才发现，这其实就是父

母能给与孩子最好的宽容式的爱了吧。好在，虽然小时候到现在因为学业、工作原因与父母聚少离多，但我对爸妈没有过多陪伴我而不太计较。

然而，想起之前加班很晚打车，滴滴师傅说出来开车是因为不想回家；前同事也是孩子刚上小学，他几乎每个周末都来公司加班，实际上他们组的工作不忙，他就是来看连续剧。对此我也不解过：家庭不应该是港湾么？但同事回答，他回家不知做什么，没要孩子以前和妻子还有共同的爱好并愉快相处，有了孩子之后反而感觉自己做什么也做不了了，孩子也不找自己玩儿，想改变一下，又觉得没有效仿的对象，因为自己爹也是这样，自己周围的朋友也这样，慢慢就习惯放弃改变什么了。

可见，每个家庭的情况是不一样的，从孩子到父母也并不是所有人都对陪伴式亲子关系不那么在意。这也许能解释，为什么很多爸爸因为忽略了对孩子的陪伴，而被贴上“Loser”标签。

有幸了解过一本书，就是这两年年吵得沸沸扬扬的《X婴国》，书中有一部分内容是这样的：“巨婴的意思是，一个个体，在身体上已经发育为成年人，而在精神上还保留着婴儿般的思想、情绪和行为。这些巨婴特点包括：自我意识狭窄，无法预知自己的言行对他人可

能造成什么影响；人身依附，使自己成为他人或机构的一部分，丧失或出卖个人良知底线；在人际和社会层面，为了操控而操控，无法施与爱或享受爱。”很多人也都好奇为什么这本书会带来如此大的社会效应。我觉得，如果说鲁迅的文章是隐喻和讽刺，这本书中的观点就是直接透骨的戳心。像所谓的“Loser爸爸”，可能就是许多人心中的“巨婴”。

但本质上，像巨婴、父爱缺失等现象，其实都是社会进步的同时留下的“疤痕”，原因可能来自传统观念中对“孝”文化的解读不健全，也来自长久以来对社会格局和男女分工存在认知盲点。而且，家庭教育更多时候是父母双方都要参与的，女性一方也需要适当的反思，如果两个人决定结婚组建家庭，是不是可以关注角色转变，与丈夫共同做好成为父母、和孩子一起成长的准备。因为不少男性朋友也有表示过，自己是希望在家庭中承担一些责任的，只是无从下手。所以各位新手妈妈们，初为人母虽责任重大，但在教育子女的时候不要过分大包大揽，也请给孩子父亲留出更多陪伴孩子的机会。

另外，最近看了哒哒英语推出的公益视频《我可以告诉你一个秘密吗?》也感触颇深。现实中，除了各位爸爸们，很多职场妈妈也在遭遇工作和家庭双面挑战。但是正如短片想要传达的主旨一样——对孩子最好的爱是陪伴，这可能是给所有年轻父母们最真诚的提示。希望所有家长都能够认真的考虑一下，如何让陪伴孩子的过程变得富有意义，而非某天自己被贴上了“Loser爸爸/妈妈”的标签时，才幡然悔悟。

所谓师者，传道授业解惑也。我们应当想学生之所想，急学生之所急。面对学生地诉求，我们英语组积极寻找对策。我们认为，单一的背诵和默写并不能让我们的学生将高考考纲词汇一举拿下，词汇的积累应该是多维度的，反复的，有语境的。因此，除了记忆并默写一轮复习书上面的3500个考纲词汇，我们还通过做《爱疯英语考纲词汇通关80天》上面的习题，来对词汇和短语的用法进行巩固，最后，通过阅读和语篇的训练，让学生在具体的语境下感知和巩固词汇；另一方面，在单元话题复习时，我们会让学生在用思维导图的形式，将话题相关的词汇进行归纳总结，注重词根词缀等构词法的渗透，这既加深学生的词汇印象，又锻炼了学生思维品质和学习能力。 此外，为了刺激学生的积极性，我们除了开展单词比赛，我们还借鉴了朋友圈记单词打卡的形式，在班上开展每日单词打卡活动，公示在教室里，来营造一种你追我赶的记单词氛围。 1.写作训练：让作文变成最熟悉的陌生人。 关于写作，我们的目标是让高考作文成为最熟悉的陌生人，这也就是说，虽然高考作文不可能一模一样，但是，从历年高考作文来看，不论是文章的体裁类型还是文章的话题方向，都是有规律或者可以总结出套路的。因此，通过我们的一轮复习，学生如果具备一定的词汇与句法表达能力，加上有逻辑的框架布局，应该拿下及格分不会太难。在这方面，依据培养学生语言能力，文化意识，思维品质的原则，我们选择了29个作文的话题，来对学生的写作能力进行培养。只有学生掌握各类话题写作的基本框
