Report on How SoundBlaster can improve on their success?Instruction

The aim of this report isbasedon the analysis of the actuality of the band,the band the existing problems, and put forward thecorrespondingstrategies to solve these problems,and to help promote their popularity of the band and music sales, leading to their success.Moreover, I also give the recommendation to the band to develop the su-ccess of recording and launching their new CD. Findings

First of all over the last few years, the number of CD sales is decreasing year by year.Records Hear to Believe, issued in 2003, and achieved good results, sales of 5.1 million copies, because this record of selling, let the band received inspiration, and then in the next year band immediately launched their new album, but it seems not optimistic. We should analyzethe reason why the sale cannot increase.Band music style istoo old,the singer's clothing modelling dress have been out of date,make people feel they seem to still stay in 2003.And the band takes the style of the course did not cater to consumer to the pursuit of novel and fashionable consumption psychology,so the band can't attract new fans. Secondly, the worst of all, the Talk to the World only sells 2.9 million copi -es in 2007. Only in 4 years, they are coming down, down, down.More an -d more new and fashion bands are born in a special way, they sang the “

new” songs fans like, they wear the “new” clothes fans like, they speak t-he “new” words fans like, and so on. So they can’t come into the fans’ ey -esight. Andin the system of social mass media five-star rating, the band had only one star, it illustrates that the band's popularity is low.

In addition, after getting to know the reasons why the bands fall behind t he modern music and the target we will reach. The last but not least, we should take efforts to make changes into the real to achieve the goal. Recommendation

Now the company is planning to record and launch a new CD, In order to promote band popularity and awareness, so as to help them succeed.According to the band are faced with the problem at present,the band should be properly changed, after the road to a series of planning, let themhave a better development. I suggest that the company could work hard on some aspect to improve the band.

1.The company should define a clear target for SoundBlaster.Clear the band development route, every step to help know they how to go.Theymust help the band to change their old brand route, go now because it will only hinder the development of the band.For instance,to clear the style of the song and the role of members need to bear, such as the lead singer and guitarist, drummer, bassist and so on, there must have a diversified band style, fashion trends, national style and classic songs.

2. The band needs a lot of publicity. Such as posters, television advertising, fans who singer's memorabilia, etc.Let more people know the band, the product placement should make full use of the Internet, they should put some ads on the site, including some information, such as a free download new songs. Increase the band members’expressiveness and starred in the TV variety shows, TV shows, movies, etc.Cooperate with Hollywood filmmakers, let the band appeared in the new movie, because Hollywood has a big influence, it have fans all over the world customers to increasing their popularity.Prepare to conform to the style of clothes, with changeful attitude to attract the public's eyes. 3.Each of the band’s members should hand in hand and heart by heart, have the same interests, goals and styles, so they can get their hearts tog -ether to make more intact and perfect songs.
