英语计划总结之六年级英语培优补差工作小结 本学期我担任六年级的英语,为了做好培优补差工作,我制定了工作计划：（1）对后进生要逐个分析原因做好思想工作和家长联系工作,及时补差,尽量减少不合格率.（2）不体罚或变相体罚.（3）对成绩优秀的学生做好培优工作.针对英语教学要面向全体学生的教学原则,我从以下几点做起： １.要全面了解学生情况,因材施教.对各班学生的英语学习情况,我做到心中有数.例如有的学生在语言表达能力方面不如其他同学,我上课尽量给他们提供发言的机会.各班都有一些接受能力较强,表演、朗读个方面都优秀的学生,上课时我会给他们提供一些领读、表演的机会.根据学生的不同接受能力,我在课堂上要分别给他们训练的机会,使不同程度的学生都得到锻炼. ２.在布置作业和要求上我不搞“一刀切”.对于一些学习较好的学生,要让他们“吃得饱”,使学习差一点的学生也能够学得会.同时在作业方面加强评比力度,注意奖励优秀的学生和有进步的学生.这样使各个层次的学生都有兴趣,积极主动地学习. ３.在教师的辅导上,我根据学生的不同情况,培优补差,有底放矢.尤其对一些学有困难的学生,不能让他们因学习上的负积累而产生畏难情绪,使他们紧一步就能赶上.我抓住契机,对每个学生负责,面

向全体,不使一个学生掉队. 课外辅导是教学工作不可缺少的一环,而关心爱护后进生,则是课外辅导的重点.它是面向全体学生,大面积提高教育教学质量的需要. 一、我全面了解学生,分析成绩差的原因,搞好“三结合”教育,加强与家长的联系,让家长知道英语的重要性,争取他们的配合,力争从个方面加强教育.使他们明确学习目的,端正学习态度,激发学习兴趣,培养良好的学习习惯和行为,教给学生学习方法,使其逐步转化. 二、由于班级多,和学生进行个别辅导几乎是不可能,所以只能依靠群体的力量,以优带差,开展一帮一,一对一活动.让学得好的学生来检查督促暂差生.使那些暂差生从教师这儿没有能够掌握的知识能从同学那儿学到. 三、变苦学为乐学,开展愉快教育,上课时我鼓励差生质疑问难,帮助他们解决学习上的困难.多鼓励他们参加表演,给以表扬,让他们在掌声中得到快乐. 在这学期中,在培优补差工作方面虽然尽到了努力,但还有很多不尽人意的地方.在以后的工作中我要在这方面多加努力.
