发动机保养的六大要点

1.使用适当质量等级的润滑油

对汽油发动机应根据进排气系统的附加装置和使用条件选用SD—SF级汽油机油;柴油发动机则要根据机械负荷选用CB—CD级柴油机油,选用标准以不低于生产厂家规定要求为准。

2.定期更换机油及滤芯

任何质量等级的润滑油在使用过程中油质都会发生变化。到一定里程之后,性能恶化,会给发动机带来种种问题。为了避免故障的发生,应结合使用条件定期换油,并使油量适中(一般以机油标尺上限为好)。机油从滤清器的细孔通过时把油中的固体颗粒和粘稠物积存在滤清器中。如滤清器堵塞,机油不能通过滤芯时,会胀破滤芯或打开安全阀,从旁通阀通过,仍把脏物带回润滑部位,促使发动机磨损,内部的污染加剧。

3.保持曲轴箱通风良好

现在大部分汽油机都装有PCV阀(曲轴箱强制通风装置)促使发动机换气,但窜气中的污染物“会沉积在PCV阀的周围,可能使阀堵塞。如果PCV 阀堵塞则污染气体逆向流人空气滤清器,污染滤芯,使过滤能力降低,吸入的混合气过脏,更加造成曲轴箱的污染,导致燃料消耗增大,发动机磨损加大,甚至损坏发动机。因此,须定期保养PCV,清除PCV阀周围的污染物。

4.定期清洗曲轴箱

发动机在运转过程中,燃烧室内的高压未燃烧气体、酸、水份、硫和氮的氧化物经过活塞环与缸壁之间的间隙进入曲轴箱中,与零件磨损产生的金属粉末混在一起,形成油泥。量少时在油中悬浮,量大时从油中析出,

堵塞滤清器和油孔,造成发动机润滑困难,引起磨损。此外,机油在高温时氧化会生成漆膜和积碳粘结在活塞上,使发动机油耗增大、功率下降,严重时使活塞环卡死而拉缸。因此,定期清洗曲轴箱,保持发动机内部的清洁。

5.定期清洗燃油系统

燃油在通过油路供往燃烧室燃烧的过程中,不可避免地会形成胶质和积碳,在油道、化油器、喷油嘴和燃烧室中沉积下来,干扰燃油流动,破坏正常空燃比,使燃油雾化不良,造成发动机喘抖、爆振、怠速不稳、加速不良等性能问题。定期清洗燃油系统,控制积碳的生成,能够始终使发动机保持最佳状态。

6.定期保养水箱

发动机水箱生锈、结垢是最常见的问题。锈迹和水垢会限制冷却液在冷却系统中的流动,降低散热作用,导致发动机过热,甚至造成发动机损坏。冷却液氧化还会形成酸性物质,腐蚀水箱的金属部件,造成水箱破损、渗漏。定期使用水箱清洗剂清洗水箱,除去其中的锈迹和水垢,不但能保证发动机正常工作,而且延长水箱和发动机的整体寿命。

PA VEMENT PROBLEMS CAUSED BY COLLAPSIBLE SUBGRADES By Sandra L. Houston,1 Associate Member, ASCE (Reviewed by the Highway Division) ABSTRACT: Problem subgrade materials consisting of collapsible soils are com- mon in arid environments, which have climatic conditions and depositional and weathering processes favorable to their formation. Included herein is a discussion of predictive techniques that use commonly available laboratory equipment and testing methods for obtaining reliable estimates of the volume change for these problem soils. A method for predicting relevant stresses and corresponding collapse strains for typical pavement subgrades is presented. Relatively simple methods of evaluating potential volume change, based on results of familiar laboratory tests, are used. INTRODUCTION When a soil is given free access to water, it may decrease in volume, increase in volume, or do nothing. A soil that increases in volume is called a swelling or expansive soil, and a soil that decreases in volume is called a collapsible soil. The amount of volume change that occurs depends on the soil type and structure, the initial soil density, the imposed stress state, and the degree and extent of wetting. Subgrade materials comprised of soils that change volume upon wetting have caused distress to highways since the be- ginning of the professional practice and have cost many millions of dollars in roadway repairs. The prediction of the volume changes that may occur in the field is the first step in making an economic decision for dealing with these problem subgrade materials. Each project will have different design considerations, economic con- straints, and risk factors that will have to be taken into account. However, with a reliable method for making volume change predictions, the best design relative to the subgrade soils becomes a matter of economic comparison, and a much more rational design approach may be made. For example, typical techniques for dealing with expansive clays include: (1) In situ treatments with substances such as lime, cement, or fly-ash; (2) seepage barriers and/ or drainage systems; or (3) a computing of the serviceability loss and a mod- ification of the design to "accept" the anticipated expansion. In order to make the most economical decision, the amount of volume change (especially non- uniform volume change) must be accurately estimated, and the degree of road roughness evaluated from these data. Similarly, alternative design techniques are available for any roadway problem. The emphasis here will be placed on presenting economical and simple methods for: (1) Determining whether the subgrade materials are collapsible; and (2) estimating the amount of volume change that is likely to occur in the 'Asst. Fethermal analysis of a ceramic clutch 1. Introduction Abrasive dry running vehicle clutches are force closure couplings. Measurements with a first prototype of a clutch disk using ceramic facings were performed at Karlsruhe University in a laboratory specialized in passenger car drive system testing. In the course of analysis the finite element (FE) model was to be constructed with the knowledge of measurement data and measurement conditions. Calculations were intended to determine the temperature distribution of the clutch disk and its environment at each moment in time corresponding to measurements. It is essential to be familiar with the temperature range in order to examine the wear characteristics of the system. Thus, important information is derived from measurement data. In critical load cases, the highest expected temperatures must be forecast in space and time in order to protect measuring instruments close to the location of heat generation. The goal of this study is to analyze and modify the clutch system to provide better operating conditions by improving the heat conduction and convection of the system or to increase the amount of the energy converted into frictional heat. Furthermore, it is desired to find better design solutions for more efficient clutch systems. Calculations were performed by the Cosmos Design Star software. During model development, great care had to be taken for proper simplification of geometry, the selection of element sizes, and the correct adjustment of time steps due to the substantial hardware requirements for transient calculations. Changes in thermal parameters such as the surface heat convection coefficient and thermal load had to be taken into consideration on an on-going basis in terms of time and location. 项目成本控制 一、引言 项目是企业形象的窗口和效益的源泉。随着市场竞争日趋激烈,工程质量、文明施工要求不断提高,材料价格波动起伏,以及其他种种不确定因素的影响,使得项目运作处于较为严峻的环境之中。由此可见项目的成本控制是贯穿在工程建设自招投标阶段直到竣工验收的全过程,它是企业全面成本管理的重要环节,必须在组织和控制措施上给于高度的重视,以期达到提高企业经济效益的目的。 二、概述 工程施工项目成本控制,指在项目成本在成本发生和形成过程中,对生产经营所消耗的人力资源、物资资源和费用开支,进行指导、监督、调节和限制,及时预防、发现和纠正偏差从而把各项费用控制在计划成本的预定目标之内,以达到保证企业生产经营效益的目的。 三、施工企业成本控制原则 施工企业的成本控制是以施工项目成本控制为中心,施工项目成本控制原则是企业成本管理的基础和核心,施工企业项目经理部在对项目施工过程进行成本控制时,必须遵循以下基本原则。 3.1 成本最低化原则。施工项目成本控制的根本目的,在于通过成本管理的各种手段,促进不断降低施工项目成本,以达到可能实现最低的目标成本的要求。在实行成本最低化原则时,应注意降低成本的可能性和合理的成本最低化。一方面挖掘各种降低成本的能力,使可能性变为现实;另一方面要从实际出发,制定通过主观努力可能达到合理的最低成本水平。 3.2 全面成本控制原则。全面成本管理是全企业、全员和全过程的管理,亦称“三全”管理。项目成本的全员控制有一个系统的实质性内容,包括各部门、各单位的责任网络和班组经济核算等等,应防止成本控制人人有责,人人不管。项目成本的全过程控制要求成本控制工作要随着项目施工进展的各个阶段连续 进行,既不能疏漏,又不能时紧时松,应使施工项目成本自始至终置于有效的控制之下。 3.3 动态控制原则。施工项目是一次性的,成本控制应强调项目的中间控制,即动态控制。因为施工准备阶段的成本控制只是根据施工组织设计的具体内容确

Automobile Brake System汽车制动系统 The braking system is the most important system in cars. If the brakes fail, the result can be disastrous. Brakes are actually energy conversion devices, which convert the kinetic energy (momentum) of the vehicle into thermal energy (heat).When stepping on the brakes, the driver commands a stopping force ten times as powerful as the force that puts the car in motion. The braking system can exert thousands of pounds of pressure on each of the four brakes. Two complete independent braking systems are used on the car. They are the service brake and the parking brake. The service brake acts to slow, stop, or hold the vehicle during normal driving. They are foot-operated by the driver depressing and releasing the brake pedal. The primary purpose of the brake is to hold the vehicle stationary while it is unattended. The parking brake is mechanically operated by when a separate parking brake foot pedal or hand lever is set. The brake system is composed of the following basic components: the “master cylinder” which is located under the hood, and is directly connected to the brake pedal, converts driver foot’s mechanical pressure into hydraulic pressure. Steel “brake lines” and flexible “brake hoses” connect the master cylinder to the “slave cylinders” located at each wheel. Brake fluid, specially designed to work in extreme conditions, fills the system. “Shoes” and “pads” are pushed by the slave cylinders to contact the “drums” and “rotors” thus causing drag, which (hopefully) slows the c ar. The typical brake system consists of disk brakes in front and either disk or drum brakes in the rear connected by a system of tubes and hoses that link the brake at each wheel to the master cylinder (Figure). Basically, all car brakes are friction brakes. When the driver applies the brake, the control device forces brake shoes, or pads, against the rotating brake drum or disks at wheel. Friction between the shoes or pads and the drums or disks then slows or stops the wheel so that the car is braked.
