大连理工大学关于硕士-博士连读研究生选拔、培养的规定 (2010年9月修订) 为适应社会经济和科学技术的发展,提高博士研究生的培养质量,根据教育部招收攻读博士学位研究生工作管理办法要求和我校实际情况,特制定本规定。 一、申报条件 我校各专业学术型硕士研究生均有资格申报本专业和跨专业的硕士-博士连读研究生。 硕士-博士连读研究生的申报分两种形式: 1、学术型硕士研究生新生入学后经导师同意,可直接选择本专业或跨专业硕士-博士连读培养模式,制定硕士-博士培养计划,第四学期考核通过后,第五学期转为博士研究生。 2、学术型硕士研究生经过三学期学习后,经指导教师同意,可在第四学期申请硕士-博士连读的考核,考核通过后,第五学期转为博士研究生。 二、申请及审批手续 (一)硕士研究生新生入学直接选择硕士-博士连读培养模式 1、各学部、院系及时向新入学的学术型研究生宣传学校有关硕博连读政策,新生需在入学三周内填报《硕博连读研究生申请表》。 2、各学部、院系可依据当年博士研究生招收名额会同有关博士生导师对申请硕士-博士连读的研究生按一定比例进行筛选。 3、各学部、院系需在新生入学四周内将本院系申请硕士-博士连读生名单及培养计划报研究生院培养办公室。 (二)硕士研究生第四学期选择硕士-博士连读培养模式 1、未在新生入学时选择硕士-博士连读的学术型硕士研究生,可在第四学期提出硕士-博士连读申请。 2、各学部、院系可依据当年博士研究生招收名额会同有关博士生导师对申请的研究生按一定比例进行筛选。 三、学制与培养模式 (一)硕士-博士连读研究生的学制为5-6年(含硕士阶段)。博士阶段若在4年内不能完成学业,可适当延长学习期限,学习年限超过5年需向研究生院提交超期确认申请,限期毕业。博士阶段在校学习年限最长不得超过6年(含休学时间)。 (二)硕士-博士连读研究生的培养模式 1、硕士研究生新生入学直接选择硕士-博士连读培养模式 培养分为两个阶段:第一阶段以课程学习为主,时间为2年左右,第二阶段以科学研究和撰写博士学位论文为主,时间为3年左右。由第一阶段进入第二阶段必须经过一次资格考核,资格考核在第四学期进行。凡通过考核者,即取得博士生资格,从第五学期转为博士研究生。未通过考核者,可以转为硕士研究生继续完成硕士学业。
