is really terrible. A person who works day and night will gradually feel rather tired. This tiredness, if continues for quite a long time, tends to depress the person. As we know, “Too much work without play makes Jack a dull boy”. Therefore, no matter how busy a person is,
he is supposed to find some time to relax himself. Leisure can be said as a good medicine that will help us get rid of anxiety and oppression from work or life. When a person is tired from his work, he can try to get some leisure. For example, listening to some light music, playing cards with friends and going fishing in the countryside. This will surely do good to our future work. So why not take time to enjoy ourselves when we are free?

My Favourite Food
Like many different kinds of food, eggs are my favorite kind. Egg is contains a lot of essential nutrients needed by the human body, and it's commonly found in almost any part of the world.
Eggs are oval shaped spheres with a light brown color depending on the egg. Eggs is the basic ingredient to many dishes, like omelet and French toast. You can easily get eggs at any supermarkets, and they are sold for a very cheap price too. After the eggs are acquired, it is best to crack it open into a pan or plate and stir it evenly. If the egg is to be pan fried, then just crack the egg into the boiling pan, and remember to flip sides.
An egg contains lots of nutrients and is a very good source of energy. Soldiers used to carry eggs to the frontline as their food. Egg is my favorite kind of food.

How to Overcome Difficulties in My English Studies
As an international language, English is the first choice of Chinese learners for the purpose of communicating with world outside. However, it is really difficult for many Chinese students to learn English. First of all, it’s very hard for them to remember the words which
are the foundation of a language. Secondly, even though they do remember some words, they don’t know how to express themselves in English. And most difficult of all, it is very difficult for Chinese students to understand what they heard in English. In a word, vocabulary, structures, listening and speaking are main difficulties for Chinese students to learn English as a foreign language.
As to the solutions to the problems, the saying “practice makes perfect” can explain everything. The only way for us to learn a language well is to listen more, speak more, read more, and write more. The more we practice, the better we can master English.
