How to Improve Listening Comprehension

Among the four of listening , speaking, reading and writing, I find listening most difficult, because I about the words I don't know. Now I am trying to on the general idea, not worrying about he new words. This makes me good, because I know I have something. Then, I listen again and if I have any I play the difficult part again.
