本次考察的是社会话题（幸福和工作）。从工作切入的题目出现的概率较小。难度系数一如前几次，依然较大，对熊孩子们来说有一定的挑战。在审题的时候依然要抓住“一个中心（job），两个基本点（satisfaction or survival)”。

但是就话题本身而言，城镇的孩纸并不陌生。就是一个关于“工作幸福感”和“工作稳定性”哪个更重要的问题。写的时候要注意文章结构，我在这里采用经典4段式折中方案，采用“情况分析法”，找到“人”这一个突破口进行切入。（276字）

Employment has been a big concern among the public since nobody can survive without salary. However, in order to make a living, someone prefer to sacrifice their happiness and reluctantly work in an unpleasant environment. Then, the dispute on job security and job satisfaction arose.

As we know, having a permanent job would definitely bring people many benefits, especially for the homeless and the migrant workers. In their minds, food is always on the top agenda and followed by satisfaction or happiness or even the

basic living condition that they ought to have. So in the lower class’ point to view, having a permanent job means getting a promise of endless living materials. That’s why so many people prefer to stay in an unsatisfying company rather than leave for a much enjoyable one.

However, for the workers who are able to support himself or herself, they usually do not stop at the pursuit for making a living, but continue striving for living in a high-quality life. This is mostly for meeting the spiritual needs of which including the job satisfaction. For them, dissatisfaction in one place means a would-be job hopping. In this sense, job satisfaction is much more important than a permanent but not satisfying job.

To sum up, the extent of the importance of job security and job satisfaction are various for different groups of people. If I stand with the lower class, I would say that having a permanent job is more practicable and necessary than pursuing the job satisfaction. But if I am with the upper and middle class, I would hold quite an opposite view.

GRE、托福、雅思三大出国英语考试比较分析与备考建议【技术贴】来源：张晓星的日志大家有疑问可以在回复里提出，我会在贴子里补充回答在出国的芸芸众生之中，我也算为数不多的将GRE、托福以及雅思考了个遍的申请者，回头看时，深感紧迫的是从一个更加全面且切身的层面上为后来者分析一下这三类考试。我的出国之路，虽不甚坎坷，但也着实漫长辛苦，漫长则有积累，辛苦固得经验，这些积累经验便许我缓缓道来。首先言明此贴阅读之前的几点注意： 1.既为技术贴，顾名思义，内容在闲客看来定是枯燥艰涩，因而如并非真有心出国留学的朋友就不必徒花时间了，此贴是专为有心或将要参加这三类考试的同学准备的； 2.我的英语水平并不高，且各个人英语水平或有不同，我贴子里的备考建议也只适用于和我的水平大略相似的，水平高者则不必如此繁琐小心，而水平有待提高者则需更多努力。此处简略地说下我的基础：高考英语140，四级620，六级600。一并提一下我这三门的结果：GRE 1320（520+800）+4，TOEFL 105（28+29+23+25），IELTS 7（6.5+8.5+6.5+6）。大家可以针对自己已有的成绩和预想的结果来看待我这篇贴子。同样这篇帖子中也多是我认为需要注意的地方，大家如果有更多的问题再提出来就是。 3.我是按照GRE-托福-雅思的顺序来考试的，因而我的备考建议也是针对这个顺序给出的，对于其他的顺序只是参考作用，大家切不可迷信，因为次序不一差别实际上是很大的。 4.很多细节可能一时不能拾忆，难免有所疏漏还请大家见谅。言归正传，下面首先分析一下这三大考试，并通过比较展示一些细节。 INTRODUCTION 首先要弄清三类考试的名称，用处，从而选择自己需要参加的那一或几类考试。 GRE（Graduate Record Examination）它是美国的研究生入学考试，注意这里的两个关键词：美国和研究生，即你只有同时满足这两个条件才需要考G，换句话说，如果你是去美国读本科或者去其他国家读研则不需要考G。与之不同的是TOEFL（Test of English as a Foreign Language）和IELTS（International English Language Testing System），这两个则是英语能力测试，他们是你证明自己有能力在英语为母语的国家进行生活学习的凭证。但需要着重指出的是，由于一些众所周知的原因，这两大考试的效力还没有完全等同。托福在美国具有着较强的影响力，而雅思在英国也不可替代。尽管现在越来越多地学校同时认可这两者，但是分数线并不一致，这也是我此次大费周章的原因：LSE我那个专业托福要求107，但雅思只要7，了解这两个考试的人就会发现这明显的是偏向于雅思的考生。所以，对于向往美国梦的研究生申请者们，GRE和托福是你们必过的两关，而对于希望去往雾都伦敦的大家在英语方面只需要雅思成绩即可。如果你想两边都申，那就别像我忙到现在，早早把三个考试一齐考了。当然，每个考试的报名费都在1200~1400RMB不等，再加上考点附近的住宿以及补习班、辅导书一类的开销，以我的经验平均下来考一次大抵要花到3000RMB~4000RMB。无谓的考试不禁浪费时间，也是财力的消耗，所以应当选取自己所需，一击即中。
