【篇一：英汉翻译课程教学目标】
“英汉翻译理论与实践”课程一直是我国高校英语语言文学专业中的
专业主干课程，它以培养应用型外语人才为目的，既能培养和提高
学生语言综合运用能力，又能培养学生的社会实践技能—翻译。
句法、修辞、文体、文化等各个方面，有助于提高学生的外语水平
和在外语方面的基本技能，是对其他外语课程教学的有效补充。
其次，英汉翻译实践涉及汉语语言的运用，对于英语专业的学生来说，显然可以弥补他们在汉语学习方面的不足。另外，加强学生汉
语能力的培养也有助于对学生进行思想教育，提高对本族语语言文
化的认识、了解和理解。而且，对汉语语言文化的了解更有助于提
高学生的语言潜能，从而使学生能够更有效地学习外语。
第三，翻译练习材料会涉及各种文体和学科，诸如文学、历史、社
会学、自然科学，等等。这样，在大量实践的基础上，学生的知识
结构会得到相当程度的丰富和完善，有利于培养复合性人才，实施
复合性人才培养的教育战略。
第四，通过各种文体文本的翻译实践，可以提高学生翻译实践能力，使教学工作在一定程度上面向市场，满足市场需求，提高外语专业
毕业生的就业率，从而提高外语学科在国内的声誉，扩大影响范围，进而有助于招生工作的开展。
第五，翻译教学中也对学生进行理论和技巧的讲授，这不仅可以使
学生从理论的高度上提高对翻译实践的认识，提高翻译能力，同时
也能提高学生的理论水平，丰富知识结构，为最后的学位论文写作
进行积极而充分的准备。
第六，英语专业四年级的学生面临专业八级的考试、硕研入学考试，两者均涉及分量较大的翻译实践。为这两种考试的准备至少可以发
挥两个方面作用。其一，通过翻译的强化训练，学生的翻译能力能
够在较短的时间内得到一定幅度的提高，为学生就业奠定基础。其二，通过翻译强化训练，学生英语应用技能大大提高，从而有助于
提高考试的通过率，提高学科在国内的影响。
随着中国对外开放的进一步深化，翻译的社会和文化意义日益突显。因此，加强英语学科的建设，进一步提高翻译教学在学科建设中的
地位，应成为未来学科结构优化和学科发展中的重中之重。

? 翻译过程是语际转换过程。在转换过程中，双语对比在自觉不自
觉地进行着。通过
对比，掌握英汉语之间的差异，掌握话语转换的规律，在翻译交际
活动中充分表达原语的不同层次的意义。在实际的翻译过程中，要
确定两种语言的表达法是否对应，翻译者必须对两种语言进行文化、语音、词汇、语法、篇章等层面的对比分析。通过对比分析，找出
它们的异同，从而在翻译实践中自觉运用这些特点，准确地表达原
文内容。

对比语言学（contrastive linguistics）是“语言学中的一个分支，
其任务是对两种或两种以上的语言进行共时对比研究，描述它们之
间的异同，特别是其中的不同之处，并将这类研究应用于其
他有关领域”[1]。
随着人类社会的进步，语言接触日益在深度和广度上超越过去，从
而提出了我们过去没有认识到甚至没有料想到的语际转换课题。对
比语言学作为语言学的一个重要分支，其研究成果可以促进语言学
的发展。对比研究好像一个发现程序（discovery procedure），
藉此我们可以发现语言的共性，同时对两种或多种语言的对比使我
们对语言的本质有了更进一步的认识。我们完全赞同赵元任的话：“所谓语言学理论，实际上就是语言的比较，就是世界各民族语言综
合比较研究得出
的科学结论”。
二、对比分析与翻译
英汉互译的一切翻译理论、方法和技巧都建立在英汉两种语言的对
比上。“语言之间的比较源
远流长。
自有语言研究以来，就有语言之间的比较，不同的语言之间的比较
与语言研究可以说是同时
开始的”[2]。
而翻译将一种语言的言语产物，在保持意义不变的情况下，改变为
另一种语言的言语产物的过程，总是离不开对这两种语言进行对比。因为“翻译理论为了完成自己的任务，即反映翻译中的重要规律，必
须首先明确原语中译语表达同一意义在方法上的异同，并在此基础上，找出处理其不同之处的最典型的方法（翻译技巧），这一任务
就其实质来说，是对比语言学的任务”。[3]。可见对两种语言进行的
对比分析在翻译过程中是一个必不可少的条件，它对翻译的质量起
着举足轻重的作用。这一点从应用对比语言学的特点及其在翻译这
一应用对比的实际应用方面显得尤为清楚。对比语言学与翻译实践
之间的关系是非常密切的。可以说，“翻译的理论、方法与技巧都是
建立在原语和译语之间的异同对比的基础上的”。[4]在实际的翻译过
程中，要确定两种语言中对同一概念的表达法在翻译中是否对应，
译者必须进行文化、语音、词汇、语法、篇章、语用等方面的对比
分析。下面仅以语音、词汇、语法等层面，就对比分析在翻译中的
作用谈谈个人的认识。
1、语音对比
语音对比分析在翻译中主要用于一些专有名词的音译，比如sofa 音译为“沙发”。所谓音译，是指原语的音位用译语中在发音和声响上
与之最接近的音位来替代的一种方法。又如radar 音译为“雷达”
（用音标表示为：/reid/），要用汉语传达时，译者就要在汉语中给
构成汉语“雷达”这个单词的每个音位选择一个在发音上最接近的音位，即用汉语的音位lei 替代/rei/，用da 替代英语的
/da/。这样，
英语的radar 用汉语表达便成为“雷达”。这个过程，
实际上就是对英汉两种语言音位系统进行对比的过程，显然，在这
种情况下，语音对比分析显得更为重要。此外，在翻译诗歌等一些
研究韵律形式的作品时，也要运用语音对比方面的知识，
尽可能使译文再现原作在韵律方面的风采。比如秋瑾烈士的绝命词：“秋风秋雨愁煞人”，只一行
重复用了两个“秋”
字，且“愁”字上还有一个“秋”，翻译家许渊冲把它译成“sad
autumn wind and autumn rain hassaddened men”，译文也重复
了“autumn”，并把前半个字“sad”放在句首来译“愁”字上面的“秋”字，节奏和原诗一样，“rain”和“men”算是凑韵，
所以原文传达了原诗的意美、音美和形美。
2、词汇对比翻译者要注意两种语言在词的意义、词的搭配能力等方面的对比，看它们的对应情况如何，并根据特定的上下文选择恰当
的词语。任何两种语言在选择词汇时都不可能出现绝对的一致。因
为人们生活的地域不同，所处的环境不同，人们的生活经验往往是
不同的，对客观世界的认识也不尽相同。因此，有时对同一客观事
物或思想，两种语言可能用不同的方法来表达。例如：在汉语中，
老虎往往是威武的象征。如“虎将”、“虎虎有生”、“虎头虎脑”、“虎
啸龙吟”等，但在英语中却往往由“lion”（狮子）担当这一角色。我
们常说“无风不起浪”，意为有果必有因，但
在英语中则用“where there is smoke,
there is fire”。
又如英语的“hot bed”，汉语称之为“冷床”。
这是冶金方面的专用名词，是扎钢厂的一种设备。
hot bed 的床体是炽热的，但它的作用在于冷却（bed for cooling）。由于命名的着眼点不一样，
“hotbed”和“冷床”在词面意义上大相异趣。这往往使不熟悉专业的
译者困惑。
综上所述，翻译时切忌照词典上的词义逐词对译，不合习惯的词语
会使信息出差错。
3、语法对比
在任何两种语言的语法体系方面，正如词汇方面一样，只在极少数情况下，才完全相符。因
此，
在翻译过程中，将原语里的各种语法结构所表达的意义用另一种语言传达时，译者同样需要
对两种语言的语法结构进行对比，在句子结构、语序等方面的差异尤其值得注意。
有时，两种语言的某些结构在形式上相似，但表达的意义有较大的差别，这或许可以称为句法上的“假朋友”。例如：the researchers reckon that thebosses themselves are as much to blame as anybodyfor this state of affairs.许多学生将这句译为“研究人员认为，老板们本身也和任何人一样应
对这种情况负责”。造成这种错误的原因是把“as ?as anybody”
与“和任何人一样??”等同起来。正确的译法是：
研究人员认为，老板们本身就首先应该对这种情况负责。或者：研究人员认为，老板们本身
对这种情况所负的责任不比任何人少。
另外，两种语言的语序有时差别很大，主要表现在以下几个方面： 1）习惯性表达：英汉语都有约定成俗的表达方式，其中有的词序正好相反，如
sooner or later 迟早
right and left 左右
rain or shine 晴雨
rich and poor 贫富
iron and steel 钢铁
2）逻辑性表达：在约定俗成的表达中，汉语的随意性较大，英语较多地符合自然逻辑——即
按时间先后、程度大小等有序地进行表达，如
手疾眼快 quick of eye and deft of hand
救死扶伤 heal the wounded and rescue thedying
无地和少地的农民 those peasants who havelittle or no land
在英语复合句中，表示时间的从句可以在主句之前，也可以在主句之后，叙述顺序很灵活。汉语则通常先发生的事先叙述，后发生的事后叙述，所以下面这个英语句子译成汉语时就要改变
语序：
nothing has happened since we parted.
我们分别之后一直没发生什么事。
英语和汉语在构词、形态、时态、语态等方面都有很大差异，这些都是译者应重视的因素。
三、结束语
以上从语音、词汇、语法等不同层面探讨了对比分析在翻译实践中的指导作用。实际上，在具体的翻译活动中，需要对原语和译语进行更广泛、更深入的对比分析。这种对比不仅仅局限于语音、词汇和语法，在篇章、语用等方面进行对比分析，也是必不可少的。总之，对比分析不仅对具体的翻译实践活动有着重要的指导意义，而且对于翻译理论中的可译性研究以及对翻译的语
言单位、种类，特别是等值性的探讨等都有重要意义。

《外贸英语函电》课程总结 《外贸英语函电》课程是国际贸易专业的必修课程，本课程系统讲述了外贸英语函电中常用文体的基本知识，并详细讲解了外贸业务磋商过程中各个环节往来函电的实例。本人从事该课程的教学三年，现做课程总结。 一、教学目标 通过外贸英语函电的学习，应当让学生达到以下要求：（1）通过阅读和学习介绍外贸交易业务过程中的章节，了解并熟悉外贸进出口业务的关键步骤；（2）重点掌握外贸业务信函的撰写要点，初步做到能再一般情况下写出内容确切、表达得体、符合规范、语句通顺、没有语法错误的信函（由于现代化的信息传送方式如传真的撰写和普通信函相似，故以掌握信函撰写为重点）；（3）了解外贸业务过程中的相关术语，包括交易条件和环境。（4）让学生了解业务信函的趋向，并学习电传、传真、邮件的有关知识及写法 二、教学方法 本课程采用多媒体教学，根据国贸专业学生英语的实际情况，采用不同的方法，提高教学质量，保证教学目标的实现。在教学过程中，我先后采用学生朗读、分组翻译、角色扮演等方法。同时，为了帮助学生复习和巩固所学知识，提高学生们的学习兴趣，定期使用经典欧美歌曲、经典电影片段等影像资料。 三、教学过程 基于“学生为本”的思想和理念，本课程的教学过程设计为：单词句式教学、函电教学、集中练习。单词句式部分，首先，跟读单词和词汇，并让同学们课后进行熟读熟记；其次，课堂听写，检验学生们的记忆情况；最后，结合经典英语歌曲，对重点词句进行强化，同时提高学生们的学习兴趣，营造轻松的学习氛围。在函电教学阶段，采用分组学习与教师重点讲解结合的方法，提高学生学习的自主性。提前布置函电，每组完成朗读、翻译两项任务，然后，对于学生朗读和翻译中存在的问题，进行及时纠正，并对重点用语和词汇进行讲解。集中练习阶段，主要是书写函电和完成课后习题。 四、学情分析 10国贸三个班级，分两班教学，即：10国贸1班和10国贸2、3班。总体上来看，大部分同学都能按照老师的教学方法和过程进行学习，效果也不错。10国贸1班情况好于其他班级，这个班级同学英语基础好，好学上进。国贸2班和3班基本上能按照课堂要求进行，总体还可以，但是部分同学记不住单词和用语，这可能与学习用功程度有关。三个班级同学课后作业都能按时完成，质量可以得到保证。在教学过程中，角色扮演环节，每个班级每组同学都能按照要求进行，用英语进行对话。应该说，教学过程都很顺利，教学目标基本达到。 五、考试分析 上学期，在外贸英语函电课程考试中，10国贸1班通过率87.5%，10国贸2班76%，10国贸3班的通过率率是66%。总体来看，外贸英语函电教学达到了教学目标的要求，国
