基于西门子PLC的离心机控制系统

摘要：随着离心机应用领域的不断扩大，为了满足客户对电气控制及自动化的各项指标

要求，开发了基于西门子PLC的离心机控制系统。根据离心机生产工艺的技术要求，设计输入输出I/O端口，然后选配PLC型号，设计硬件组态；介绍了利用多个计数器进行时间控制，使离心机控制系统在相应的时间段内启动、停止相应的设备，从而实现了自动启停功能；利用西门子公司的编程软件Step7、监控组态软件及其通信功能实现了对离心机运行的全程监控，满足了该系统的实时性和稳定性要求，使该系统无论从效率上还是功能上都获得了质的飞跃，很好地满足了客户提出的各项技术要求。

Abstract： With the continuous expansion of the application field of centrifuges， in order to meet customer requirements for electrical control and automation， the centrifuge control system based on SIEMENS PLC is developed. Through the understanding of centrifuge production process flow to count the input and output I/O point， and then carry out PLC selection and the design of hardware configuration. Introduces the time control using multiple counters， make the centrifuge control system start and stop the corresponding equipment in the corresponding time period， so as to realize the automatic start and stop function. Using SIEMENS's programming software Step7，configuration software and communication functions to achieve the full monitoring of the centrifuge operation， the stability of the system and real-time requirements are met， have the machine both from the function and efficiency improved， and better achieve the customer requirements of the indicators.

离心机具有分离能力大、能连续自动化运行、劳动强度较低、人工操作方便以及维修费用低等优点，得到了快速发展，广泛应用于石油、化工、制药、选矿、煤炭、食品、船舶和水处理等行业。在不断的发展过程中，离心机在结构、性能、参数上变化很大，分离质量、生产能力也比以前大大提高，应用范围也更加扩大，而它也得到了广泛的研究[1-2]。在20世纪90年代国内外离心机生产厂家，一直使用继电器作为离心机电气控制的主要器件，随着离心机应用领域的不断扩大，客户对控制及自动化要求越来越能高[3]，本厂开发了以PLC作为控制核心的系列化产品，满足了市场的迫切需求，并且取得了良好的经济效益。
