2014第二届国际环保形象大使选拔赛是国际环保形象大使委员会响应联合国环境规划署的号召，同环保部中国环境文化促进会、国际华文媒体联合会、中国生态文化旅游协会、中华环境保护促进会、中华环保网络电视台等单位主办，中华社会文化发展基金会、中国国际文化产业促进会等单位协办的以“环保、美丽、健康、博爱”为主题的国际高端赛事，是一项全球宣传环保公益活动。

Why I choose this item I think it can be illustrated from the following four parts. First, the existing quantity of airfields is still not sufficient and the airfields have many shortcomings especially in war time. Second, the complementary facilities, such as highway runways are far less than airfields, however, have more weakness. Third, a certain amount of field airfield is quite necessary considering some emergencies such as rescue and disaster relief. Forth, the field airfield can fill the void of airfield and they can be combined to be airfield network. The meaning and aim of this research contains three parts.
