小学英语课堂纪律整顿 小学生由于年龄小,注意力不集中,上课容易走神,所以教师总要想尽法子让课堂活跃起来。然而,我们普遍面临的一个问题就是“大班教学”的纪律整顿。这个问题尤其让小学英语老师头痛。在小学英语课堂教学中,我们时常想用各种好玩有趣的游戏活动来活跃气氛,可是却发现有时一动起来,就难以收住纪律,全班一下子乱成了一锅粥。这可伤透了我们英语老师的脑筋。在实际教学中我们尝试了多种方法,有的班级效果很好,有的班级却收效甚微。我就多年来使用方法总结如下 1.不断更新口令。 在英语课堂中,我们最常用的口令莫过于:老师说“one, two, three.”学生说“three, two, one.”这个口令了,在一节课中如果老师总是念one two three太多次的话,学生也无所谓了。所以,我们要不断更新口令。这些口令可以是一句歌曲,学生接下一句歌曲。我常用的口令有:“Look, look, you give me good?”学生回应:“good, good, I give you good.”;“Quiet, quiet, are you quiet?”学生回应:“Quiet, quiet, I’m quiet.”课堂的口令还有很多,我觉得老师和学生共同创造,学生会更加注意,而且会觉得很有趣。因此在教学过程中,老师一定要了解自己的学生,和他们一起创造出属于自己的语言,达到共识是最好的办法。 2、创新评价方式,吸引学生 我们都知道小学生活泼好动,特别是低年级的学生,自制力差,容易兴奋,活动起来,课堂秩序很混乱,特别是当老师所设计的课堂不吸引学生的兴趣的话,那更是增加了英语教师对课堂组织、调控的难度。 很多老师利用加分的方式来给小组比赛,当然评价方式要有实效性,有趣性。不然学生根本就不理睬你在黑板上加分。在课堂中,我比较喜欢加分的方式,简单快捷,而且很大程度上能调动学生的积极性。我从学生课堂纪律,是否认真听课,朗读是否准确认真,是否积极参与小组活动等教学任务,作业完成数量及质量等,及时给予学生评价,每个环节表现好的加500分,可以不断重复(学生对给的分值很感兴趣,分值大更在乎),在学生完成任务过程中,我通常以参与人数来加分,这样会大大激发学生增强好胜地欲望,达到课堂预期的效果。一节课完后及时评出第一名,哪组率先获得五个第一,该组就会得到老师给的奖励。奖励可以发实物,也可以奖给学生操行分等。

英语课堂游戏 1、回音壁游戏: 从第一组的声音高到最后一组的声音微弱。与此对应的是声浪的游戏,刚好与回音壁游戏相反,读单词时从第一组的声音高到最后一组的声音越来越大。老师可以把这两个游戏相互结合,看看那组的学生反应最快,给优秀的大组加分。 2、警察抓小偷: 首先老师请一个学员当警察,背对黑板,然后老师将所学的一个单词卡片放在下一个学员的书下,然后让全班同学一起读这个单词,然后这个当警察的学员开始找这张卡片,当警察离卡片越来越近时,其他的学员则在朗读的声音越来越大,反之,当警察离卡片越来越远时,其他的学员在朗读的声音越来越小。持有卡片的学生不读出声音,但是可以做出相应的嘴形。那么警察就必须根据学员声音的提示找出卡片,规定时间如果找出来的可以获得奖励。 2、小和尚挑水: 老师读某一个单词,点到谁,他旁边的两个学员要一起站起来读这个单词,如果没有做到的话,其他的学员就做哐水状来惩罚他们 3、中英文抢答: 教师领读单词数遍,采取竞争机制,然后玩抢答的游戏,老师说中文或英文,学员迅速把它翻译过来,大组进行竞争,快者获得奖励。

4、左手和右手: 老师带带读新单词,左手代表男生,右手代表女生,两手同时出来,一起读,如握拳头,都不出声,如有犯规者,给对手加分 5、踩地雷: 老师将要复习的单词板书在黑板上,然后在一些单词的旁边画上圆圈(即“地雷”)老师带读,当老师读到画了圆圈的单词时,同学不能读,如果谁读了,其它同学就会发出“哄”的一声,地雷爆破,那位同学即被淘汰(注意:老师每读完一轮,可以换单词,增加难度,也可不用标记炸弹,直接用做出炸弹手势。)。 6、扔炸弹: 老师可以把一个比较长的句子分成三等份,每等下面放一个炸弹,分别分配给三个大组,然后老师把炸弹扔向哪一个组,哪一个组就要大声的读出相对应的部分,出现错误的一组将不给分,其它的组给分。 7、抱抱团: 老师请一群学生上台,学生在台上站成一排,当老师说“one”时,学生自己抱自己,当老师喊“two”时,两个学生抱在一起,此时单个的学生和超过两个人抱在一起的学生淘汰,以此类推,老师可以根据班上情况喊出“one,two,three,four,five”等数字。 8、123木头人:

控制英语课堂纪律的方法 进入课堂时,首先要树立“心中要有火力点”的概念。每一个班都有一、两个较调皮的学生,也就是这个班的火力点,所谓擒贼先擒王,找准、控制好这个火力点也就控制好了这个班,就能有针对性地采用有效的方法来进行纪律控制。 (1)暗示法:用暗示的方式来控制纪律的方法叫暗示法。如走近学生敲敲桌子或拍拍学生,暗示其注意;或走到正在自由说话的学生旁边,放高音量;目光移开不守纪律的学生然后说‘有几个小朋友没看老师的表情,是不是很难看呀’等等方式。 (2)注视法:在课堂上发现有学生不守纪律时,教师采用注视的方式引起该学生集中注意力,突出眼神,以达到控制课堂的目的。 (3)提问法:在课堂上发现学生精力不集中时,用一些简单的问题或老师已准备提问的问题进行提问,以引起其注意的方法叫提问法。 (4)威胁法:用其它方法无法解决问题时,可用威胁的手段来控制纪律。此方法一般不采用。使用时要注意不要伤害学生的自尊心,不要打消学生对英语学习的积极性。 (5)隔离法:采取隔离的方式来分散火力点从而

控制纪律的方法。如两个学生打架、打闹时,可采取前后或左右分开他们的做法。如在座位排列上可以稍加调整,男女隔开或动静搭配坐。 (6)无声法:在大多数学生注意力分散时,老师突然表情严肃,以无声的方式,静坐1分钟,以示警告,达到控制课堂的目的。 (7)奖励法:运用奖励的方式来鼓励和表扬学生或表扬个别引起全班注意的方法。如板书上的奖励制度,奖星星,头饰等。 (8)吸引法:以优美的板书,良好的教态,生动活泼的教学组织来吸引学生的方法。在小星星教学中是最常用、最好和方法。 (9)歌曲法:用轻快,调节气氛的歌曲来收拢学生的注意力,如sleeping; wake up;pay attention, ××等。 (10)口号法:用激励人心的口号鼓舞学生士气,激发学生爱学习,团结友爱的激情。如come on, come on; everybody, everybody顶呱呱;I will work hard等。
