Ｉ ne*er had the courage to talk across a long, narrow room. Ｉshould be at the end of the room facing all the audience. Ｉf Ｉattempt to talk across a room Ｉ find myself turning this way and that, and thus at alternate periods Ｉ ha*e part of the audience behind me. Ｙou ought ne*er to ha*e any part of the audience behind you; you ne*er can tell what they are going to do.

youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not

rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

youth means a temperamental predominance of courage o*er timidity of the appetite , for ad*enture o*er the lo*e of ease. this often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.

years wrinkle the skin , but to gi*e up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

whether 60 of 16 , there is in e*ery human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of li*ing . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it recei*es messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

Ｇood morning e*eryone, it's my pleasure to be here and talk about dreams and ambitions with you. Ｗhen Ｉ was a primary school student Ｉ wrote in my composition that Ｉ want to be a scientist when Ｉ grow up. Ａt that age Ｉ didn't know what is a scientist, nor did Ｉ know what is dream. Ｉt sets me thinking, which should be a man's dream? a scientist, or a peasant? Ｉt's not a simple question and my answer is both. Ｔhis is exactly my understanding of this topic. Ｄreams are something we really want and are willing to try e*ery effort to achie*e, no matter how great or how small, no matter how others think, it depends on you.

Ｌife is long, and we are just on the starting point. Ｆinally we'll understand life is not just about making a li*ing. Ｔhere're something much more important than money and material enjoyment, that is spiritual wealth, that is dream. Ｉt's the process of your pursuit of dream, the process when you are trying, when you are seeking, when you are struggling, when you failed and restarted again and again with your determination, hardwork, and perse*erance that make you, build you, and help you to lead a worthy and significati*e life, whether you'll achie*e your dream or not, the result is not that important.
