They monitored the food intake of 35 people and took pictures of their faces, arms and hands using a sensitive camera at the start, and after three and six weeks.

Science has shown that stress is not merely a metaphysical thing. We have discovered that stress causes your body to release hormones that raise blood pressure, speed up your heart and breathing, halt digestion, cause a surge in blood sugar, and more. When stress is ongoing, this constant physical reaction can significantly raise your risk of colds, diabetes, heart disease, back troubles, and almost every other major health concern. Indeed, stress is emerging as one of the principal contributors to poor health in modern countries.

第六届英语口语大赛评分细则 非专业组及专业组第一部分： 一、即兴演讲：（6分） 从“容、条理、语言”三个方面评定。 5 ～ 6 分：容完整充实，能很好地就主题发挥；逻辑性强，条理清晰，表达流畅；语言丰富，使用语言准确。 4 ～ 5 分：容完整充实，能就主题有一定的发挥；逻辑性较强，条理清晰，表达尚流畅；语言较丰富,使用语言正确。 3～ 4 分：容完整；逻辑性较强，表达基本流畅；使用语言基本正确。 2 ～3分：容基本完整；条理比较清晰；使用语言基本正确。 1 ～ 2 分：容不够完整；表达不够连贯；使用语言不够正确。 1 分以下：不能完成即兴演讲环节。 二、回答问题：（4分） 从“容、应答、语言”三个方面评定。 4 分: 容充实完整，能就主题发挥；应答敏捷，答案明确；语言丰富，用语准确。 3 分: 容完整；应答尚流利，答案比较明确；用语基本正确。 2 分: 容基本完整；能进行应答，答案比较明确；用语尚正确。 1 分: 容不够完整；应答存在障碍，答案不够明确；用语不够正确。 1 分以下: 不能完成问答环节。 专业组第二部分： 现场口译：（5分） 从“容、逻辑、应答、语言”四个方面评定。 5 分: 容充实完整，逻辑性强，条理清晰；应答敏捷，表达流畅；语言丰富、准确。 4 分: 容比较充实，逻辑性强，条理比较清晰；应答比较敏捷，表达流畅；语言比较丰富、准确。 3 分: 容完整，比较有逻辑性，条理比较清晰；应答尚敏捷，表达比较流畅；语言基本准确。 2 分: 容尚属完整，逻辑性尚可；应答无大的障碍；语言尚准确。 1 分: 容不够完整，无逻辑性，语言不够准确。 1分以下: 不能完成口译环节。
