首次启动 Outlook 2010 时添加电子邮件帐户
如果您是第一次使用 Microsoft Outlook 或在一台新计算机上安装 Outlook 2010,则“自动帐户设置”功能将自动启动,并帮助您为电子邮件帐户配置帐户设置。此设置过程只需提供您的姓名、电子邮件地址和密码。如果无法自动配置电子邮件帐户,则必须手动输入必需的其他信息。

1.启动 Outlook。

成功添加帐户后,可以通过单击“添加其他帐户”来添加其他帐户。

在 Outlook 中添加电子邮件帐户
1.单击“文件”选项卡。

删除电子邮件帐户
1.单击“文件”选项卡。
2.在“信息”选项卡上的“帐户信息”下,单击“帐户设置

4.选择要删除的电子邮件帐户,然后单击“删除”。
5.若要确认删除该帐户,请单击“是”。
若要将电子邮件帐户从另一个配置文件中删除,请退出 Outlook,并使用另一个配置文件重新启动 Outlook,然后按照上述步骤操作。还可通过执行以下操作将帐户从其他配置文件中删除:

1.退出 Outlook。
2.在“控制面板”中,单击或双击“邮件”。

注释

删除 POP3 或 IMAP 电子邮件帐户不会删除使用该帐户发送和接收的项目。如果以前使用的是 POP3 帐户,则仍可使用 Outlook 数据文件 (.pst) (Outlook 数据文件 (.pst):计算机上的数据文件,用来存储邮件和其他项目。可以分配一个 .pst 文件作为电子邮件的默认送达位置。可以使用 .pst 来组织和备份项目以保护项目。) 处理您的项目。

Add an e-mail account when you first start Outlook 2010
If you are new to Microsoft Outlook or are installing Outlook 2010 on a new computer, the Auto Account Setup feature automatically starts and helps you configure account settings for your e-mail accounts. This setup requires only your name, e-mail address, and password. If your e-mail account cannot be automatically configured, you must enter the required additional information manually.

Start Outlook.
When prompted to configure an e-mail account, click Yes, and then click Next.
Enter your name, youre-mail address, and your password.
If you enter an e-mail address that ends with https://www.sodocs.net/doc/8c5239887.html, or https://www.sodocs.net/doc/8c5239887.html,, you must use the Microsoft Outlook Connect

or for Windows Live Hotmail to add the e-mail account. For information about how to add these kinds of e-mail accounts, see Use a Windows Live Hotmail account in Outlook.

Note When your computer is connected to a network domain for an organization that uses Microsoft Exchange, your mail information is automatically inserted. The password box doesn't appear because your network password is used.

Click Next.
A progress indicator appears as your account is being configured. The setup process can take several minutes.

After the account is successfully added, you can add more accounts by clicking Add another account.

To exit the Add New Account dialog box, click Finish.

Add an e-mail account in Outlook
Click the File tab.

Remove an e-mail account
Click the File tab.
On the Info tab, under Account Information, click Account Settings.
Click Account Settings.
Select the e-mail account that you want to remove, and then click Remove.
To confirm removal of the account, click Yes.
To remove an e-mail account from a different profile, exit and restart Outlook with the other profile and follow the previous steps. You can also remove accounts from other profiles by doing the following:

Exit Outlook.
In Control Panel, click or double-click Mail.
Where is Mail in Control Panel?

Mail appears in different Control Panel locations depending upon the version of the Microsoft Windows operating system you are using, Control Panel view selected, and whether you are using a 32- or 64-bit operating system or version of Outlook 2010.
Note The Mail icon in Control Panel does not appear unless you have Outlook installed

and have accessed it at least once.

The easiest way to locate Mail is to open Control Panel in Windows, and then in the Search box at the top of window, type Mail. In Control Panel for Windows XP, type Mail in the Address box.

The title bar of the Mail Setup dialog box contains the name of the current profile. To select a different existing profile, click Show Profiles, select the profile name, and then click Properties.

Click E-mail Accounts.
Select the account, and then click Remove.
To confirm removal of the account, click Yes.
Notes

Removing a POP3 or IMAP e-mail account does not delete the items that were sent and received by using the account. If you were using a POP3 account, you can still use the Outlook Data File (.pst) (Outlook Data File (.pst): Data file that stores your messages and other items on your computer. You can assign a .pst file to be the default delivery location for e-mail messages. You can use a .pst to organize and back up items for safekeeping.) to work with your items.
If you are using an Exchange account, your data remains on the mail server unless you move it to an Outlook Data File (.pst).
